From the owner

The village is in the town of Sonenga Menaggio, and the pedestrian historic centre, the Lake can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

The historian Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club is just a short drive away, in half an hour you reach St. Moritz, Milan and Lugano at the same time within 30 minutes.

For the air link: nearby the Milan Malpensa International Airport, in addition to Milan Linate, Bergamo Orio al Serio or Agno-Lugano in Switzerland.

General information: The philosophy of the whole project was designed to offer the best in style and comfort while respecting nature and the environment and all the apartments placed in a private park with a beautiful lake view.

The buildings are partly covered with natural stone and are directly linked to public areas to experience the village like an old Lake Village and nothing is left to chance: the colours of the houses to the stones of the trenches, from trees to buildings. Shared parts include in addition to the great Park/Garden, a swimming pool 8.5 x 18.00 m and a Jacuzzi to mt. 3.5 in diameter.

Both are heated in the intermediate seasons in may, June and September using solar panels (which also provides hot water for the facilities of the apartments) in full respect of the environment.

All related services, which include changing rooms, toilets and storage rooms, are located in the underground area.

The concept of eco-friendliness of the entire project also includes the collection of rain water for reuse in gardening.

Close to the swimming pools is the relaxation area/solarium area with wooden planks, with stone slabs and surrounded by leafy green spaces.

Accommodation was very good but surroundings were poor

We arrived in the complex to discover that the majority of apartments were not fitted out and that it was very much still a work in progress. It would appear that this developments has been a casualty… More

Dear guest thank you for your review but I just want to replay at some point you have indicated: -regarding the residence. There are five apartments that are private property and the owners are not alwals living there.It is real that there is a part of the residence that is still developing. From last year, there is an other owner that rents his property to international guests without complaines.Every weeks come the gardiner to take care of the big garden. Regarding the walking to Menaggio: every village on the lake is up to an hill,for have our view on the lake and at same time the quietness you have to stay far from the village center. I recommend the car to reach the property. Regardings the electrical appliance breakdown: in Italy is normal that you cannot use together the washing machine and the oven.

How do damage deposits work?
