Casa vacanza Nocellara is a country residence, set on a panoramic hill in the Fiori district, overlooking the sea and the surrounding agricultural landscape, immersed in a charming olive grove. The house is about 75 square meters, plus the verandas, can accommodate 4 people and develops on one level, with a north entrance veranda, and a panoramic south veranda, where you can eat and relax while admiring a magical sunset over the sea. Internally it is composed of a communicating living room and kitchen, a double bedroom , a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. Located 1 km from the beach and about 2.5 km from the city center, it is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning (hot / cold air), barbecue and bicycles. The house is finished with rustic materials, typical of Sicilian architecture and furnished with some elements of artisan design according to the philosophy of creative recycling. The territorial context is strongly characterized by agricultural culture, specialized in the wine sector with the presence of numerous companies, such as Settesoli-Mandrarossa, Planeta etc ... The coast extends for about 8 km with totally different beaches and scenery, from the white pebbles of the "Giache bianche", to the rocks on the sea of the "Solette di Porto Palo", passing through km of fine sand and clear sea, blue flag since 1992. Water, electricity, gas, wi-fi, linen and sheets are included in the price, only the costs for final cleaning (50 euros) and any change of linen remain. A city tax of € 2.00 per person per day is provided, for a maximum of 7 days, children under 12 are excluded. In the event that you find the BNocellara home occupied, I invite you to visit the other residence in my profile, the Biancolilla house, not far from each other.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
