Casa Biancolilla is a country residence, located on a quiet hill in c.da Fiori where a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding agricultural landscape predominates. The house, immersed in a charming olive grove, is about 75 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. Externally it is composed of a north entrance veranda and a panoramic south veranda, where you can relax enjoying a charming sunset over the sea. Internally it develops on one level and is composed of a communicating living room and kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Located 1 km from the beach and about 2.5 km from the city center, it is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning (hot / cold air), barbecue and basic necessities. The house is furnished with rustic materials alongside modern style objects. Guests have access to an agricultural garden of about 3,000 square meters, mostly planted with olive groves and plants of different species, with private parking. In case you find the Biancolilla home occupied, I invite you to visit the other residence in my profile, Casa Nocellara, not far from each other. The owners, who live 2,50 km away, are available for any need, every day. Upon your arrival you will be greeted at the entrance of the village and accompanied to the residence. Subsequently an overview will be given on the places to know, the excellences to be visited and the services present in the territory. The house will be supplied not only with basic necessities but also with an excellent extra virgin olive oil from the house, good local and homemade wine and seasonal fruit. Water, electricity, gas, wi-fi, linen and sheets are included in the price, except for the final cleaning costs (50 euros) and any change of linen. A city tax of € 2.00 per person per day is provided, for a maximum of 7 days, children under 12 are excluded.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    If Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
