The house is located on the beautiful coast of Menfi (Ag) award-winning "Blue Flag" for water clarity and attention to services related to bathing. The house is situated 15 km from the town of Sciacca, about 65 km from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, about 15 km from the Archaeological Park of Selinunte and in a context characterized by countless historical monuments, cultural, scenic, gastronomic and folk. The interior-apartment covering an area of ​​about 120 square meters divided as follows: large kitchen-living room with adjoining pantry, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. There is also a covered porch of 30 square meters on which you can relax and enjoy the garden and the garden area. The house provides the services of water, electricity, gas and bed linen and towels. All windows are equipped with a double room and hermetic glasses frames made of anodized aluminum. The bedrooms are equipped with fans. The apartment is, therefore, comfortable and functional for any type of stay. Guests, in addition to enjoy the comfortable interior, have at their exclusive disposal: - a large car; - large open areas adjacent to the house, where they can enjoy a view of the sea and in which it is possible to walk safely in total privacy; - BBQ area (BBQ area); The house is just 100 meters from the sea and sandy beach which is therefore within easy walking distance. HOUSE RULES: - Respect the public peace; - Safeguarding objects and furniture supplied; - Deliver arrival the deposit of € 100. This amount is paid off, at check-out if there were no damages; - Electricity, water, gas and bed linen and towels included. - cleaning fee is payable at check-out, amounting to € 50.
