This old farmhouse has been recently restored and contains two vaulted ceiling apartments. Paolo and Marina live in the farmhouse as well. The building is situated in the middle of a large plot of ground with a lot of olive trees respecting the typical salentine landscape. Here you’ll find many facilities, like an outdoor swimming pool, an hard court, a play ground in the forest and a bbq area for your nights out. Moreover the large park is characterized by the presence of many fruit trees, aromas herbs) and the typical grasses of the Mediterranean scrub. The donvito farmhouse is situated on the “laforchie” district, the name of the farmhouse comes from the name of the foxes holes, and it is not so difficult to see them here.
From the farmhouse restoration the Vito& Lorenza apartments have been built.
Vito and Lorenza were the Paolo’s grand and grand grand parents who lived in the building until the 40’s, before leaving the place. Paolo’s grand and grand- grand parents had been lived here producing olive oil, wine tobacco and Indian millet.
The bright apartments are composed by a bed room (king size bed) set between a vaulted ceiling and a crystal floor which creates an amazing loft. The living area has two sofa beds a furnished kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bidet, air conditioning and a LCD TV. Outside each apartment has a private area. All the guests can use the pool, the tennis court and the play ground with the lawn bowling and a ping pong table.

Antica masseria recentemente ristrutturata nella quale sono stati ricavati due appartamenti con le tipiche volte a stella. Paolo e Mariella abitano il resto della casa. La masseria si trova all’intero di una ampia proprietà che comprende campi con i caratteristici alberi di ulivo, una costante del panorama salentino, una piscina immersa nel verde, un campo da tennis per gli amanti della terra battuta, un parco giochi per i bambini all’interno di una pineta, barbecue per le vostre serate all’aperto, un parco verde dove troverete alberi da frutta e una varietà di erbe aromatiche e piante tipiche della macchia mediterranea.
La Masseria Don Vito è situata in contrada “Le Forchie”, nome che deriva dal dialetto del luogo e si riferisce alle tane delle volpi, delle quali l’intera zona è abitata, infatti, non è raro scorgerne qualcuna ...
Dalla ristrutturazione sono stati ricavati due appartamenti gemelli, Vito e Lorenza, i nonni di Paolo che hanno abitato la masseria fino agli anni ’40 prima che venisse abbandonata. I nonni ed i loro genitori hanno condotto per lungo tempo i campi circostanti producendo olio, vino, tabacco e saggine (le vecchie scope)
I luminosi appartamenti ospitano sul soppalco la camera da letto matrimoniale, incorniciata dalle tipiche volte a stella visibili anche dal basso grazie agli inserti di cristallo calpestabile della struttura lignea del soppalco. La zona giorno ha un divano trasformabile in due comodi letti singoli dotati di due regolari materassi, un’attrezzata cucina ed un bagno con doccia e bidet, aria condizionata e tv lcd. Esternamente, ciascun appartamento, ha una zona privata attrezzata. Gli ospiti della masseria hanno a disposizione le aree comuni, la piscina, il campo da tennis, il parco per i bambini con ping pong, il campo da bocce.
