You can enjoy the ocean breeze and view from a 12x15 deck and sunset view from the patio ,tub for your relaxation.Gogeous kitchen with granite counter top and custom

built cabinets and all the other essential. Bottom Bay Beach twenty minutes walk and Bridgetown thirty minutes drive. Fishing area one block away, karaoke bar on top of hill two minute walk.You can eat at the Crane Residential Resort giving you options of European ,Italian ,Japanese or Bajan foods You can check out the local vendors ten minutes drive also.Shops in walking distant .Public transportation one block away.Car rental,taxi services and tours available.You can experance the culture in a safe and friendly environment.Pick up and drop off from the airport.

To whom it may concern. It is obvious this guest did not understand what I rote on my description and location.I did not advertise beach front property or five star location. This guest ignored the cancellation policy he did not cancel with in twenty four hours, it was up too me to give him a re fund he didn't deserve a refund because of his disrespectful and dishonest behavior. This guest told my host, who happen to be my mother that she is too old to be a host. He started the booking process rong he book for two instead of three, on arrival he was ask to pay for his 14 year old daughter he got very up set. My pass guest on Flipkey and Airbnb had no problems with my location, property or me. They is no sheep next door to my property but in the neighborhood yes.some people welcome animals. I forgive him for his attempt to discredit my property and me and hope he learn something good from a bad situation and I thank him for his business.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Trevor Crichlow (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Trevor Crichlow (the owner) a message.

If Trevor Crichlow (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
