Gîte au premier étage d'une ancienne dépendance rénovée, situé à proximité de la maison des propriétaires, dans un domaine de 2 hectares, avec verger et forêt traversée par un ruisseau, au cœur d'un petit village, vignoble alsacien à 5 minutes du gite.

Coté logement : Entrée indépendante avec possibilité de stockage vélo/ski. Une pièce à vivre, (salle à manger, cuisine ouverte, séjour avec canapé convertible pour 2 personnes (en sus de la location), fauteuils, télé 82cm, DVD, wifi. 3 chambres (ch1: 1 lit 140x190, ch2: 1 lit 90x190 et 2 lits 80x200, ch3: 1 lit 140x190), 2 salles d'eau (douche), meuble double vasques, lave-linge et sèche-linge, 2 WC séparés et un cellier. Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée et les serviettes sont mises à disposition, le ménage est à votre charge (rendre le gite comme trouvé, retrait des draps, nécessaire pour nettoyer sur place), mais possibilité d'un forfait de 85€, gite non fumeur.

coté nature : parking privatif, cour, jardin de 2 hectares avec arbres fruitiers, animaux (chèvres, poules, lapins, oies,...), espace jeux enfants, pétanque, pingpong, jeu echec geant, barbecue, salons de jardin à plusieurs endroits ombragés et chaises longues.

coté bien-être : Jacuzzi 4/5 pers (privé) et Piscine hors-sol extérieur 9.50x4.60 avec acces facile plate forme (partagée) en été (juin à sept). En intérieur au rdc du gîte et sans sortir du logement, un spa 6 pers et un sauna 2/3 pers (sept a juin), INCLUS DANS LE PRIX.

Notre gîte "coté verger" se trouve au centre de village, près de l’église avec son clocher qui aime sonner, petit village alsacien de 1500 habitants, qui se trouve à mi chemin entre Mulhouse et Colmar (20 km). 5 minutes route des vins, 10 minutes PARC DU PETIT PRINCE, et Ecomusée de UNGERSHEIM, 15 minutes EGUISHEIM, village de Noël 20 minutes Colmar, Kaysesrberg, Riquewhir, Ribauvillé, 1h de Strasbourg de Fribourg et d'Europapark...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Marie et Gilles (the owner) a message.

If Marie et Gilles (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
