👋 Bienvenue dans notre Cottage LA CANOPEE, maison de 90m² située à moins d'une minute du Lac de la Forêt d'Orient et à quelques pas de notre restaurant "Le Belvédère".

👨🏼‍🎨 Cottage entièrement rénové avec des équipements modernes et décoré dans un style contemporain, vous bénéficiez également d'un jardin et d'une terrasse privative avec VUE SUR LA CAMPAGNE.

🅿 Une place de stationnement gratuit 7/7j est disponible devant le logement.

🚘 Vous êtes à 20 min en voiture de la ville de Troyes et des Magasins d'Usines, et à 15 minutes en voiture seulement du Parc NIGLOLAND.

🔺 Une caution par empreinte bancaire vous sera demandée à votre arrivée, et rendue en intégralité quelques jours après votre départ si aucun dégât n'est constaté.

👉 Une cuisine fonctionnelle avec four, plaque de cuisson à induction, micro-onde, grille-pain, bouilloire, machine à café à filtre, lave-vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.

🛀 La salle d’eau dispose d'un radiateur sèche-serviette, un sèche-cheveux et quelques échantillons shampoing/gel-douche en dépannage.
