L’ALLOGGIO ED I SERVIZI

L’appartamento è ubicato in via Malvizzi n.4, adiacente al Tribunale del Lavoro e dei Giudici di Pace in un quartiere estremamente tranquillo ed a ridosso del centro storico.

E’ grande 140 mq, è totalmente ristrutturato, è arredato, è ottimamente illuminato da luce naturale.

E’ composto da quattro camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno (dove c’è un divano letto), una cucina semi-abitabile, due bagni: uno principale e l’altro di servizio, un balcone ed uno sgabuzzino.

Ogni stanza è dotata di finestra e di riscaldamento autonomo.

Il bagno principale ed il bagno di servizio sono completi di ogni accessorio.

La cucina è attrezzata di forno, frigorifero, lavastoviglie e lavatrice, oltre ad essere dotata di un’ampia gamma di utensili ed accessori (Troppo numerosi per citarli uno alla volta) per rendere gradevole l’appuntamento con i pasti.

Inoltre, la possibilità di fornire gratuitamente ai gentili ospiti i seguenti alimenti confezionati per i pasti, (garantiti dalla scadenza) può essere un'occasione irripetibile e da non perdere:

1) biscotti frollini per la colazione;

2) the (Vari tipi) per la colazione;

3) confettura di marmellata alle pesche per colazione;

4) pasta (Vari tipi) per il pranzo o la cena;

5) minestrone con verdure e legumi (Vari tipi) for pranzo o cena;

6) provolone dolce;

7) salsa di pomodoro per pranzo o cena;

8) olio di semi;

9) zucchero (Vari tipi), sale e caffè macinato.

Un’altra occasione, introvabile altrove, per allietare i gentili ospiti (soprattutto quelli di giovane età), che preferiranno questo appartamento, è quella di poter disporre, sempre gratuitamente e per tutto il tempo del soggiorno, di due biciclette da passeggio con cambio automatico.

Le possibilità di utilizzo delle biciclette sono facilitate dalla presenza della pista ciclabile sita lungo tutto il corso Cavour, distante circa 100 metri dall’appartamento. Il tratto di strada che congiunge il corso Cavour con la via Malvizzi, dove è ubicato l’appartamento, non è pianeggiane e pertanto è preferibile percorrerlo a piedi.

Per gli amanti del mare, c’è un’offerta a dir poco straordinaria ed unica nel suo genere.

Su richiesta, sono ammessi brevi gite in barca: una piccola imbarcazione a quattro posti (dotata di comodi sedili e schienali) vi potrà fare esplorare il mare dello Stretto.

Chiaramente, in questo caso, è necessario aggiungere i costi del carburante che variano in funzione al tempo ed ai vari itinerari che si vorranno realizzare.

Quest’ultima possibilità rimane, comunque, subordinata alle condizioni metrologiche ed al periodo limitato al mese di agosto.

Il portone di ingresso dell’edificio è dotato di video sorveglianza esterna, attivo ininterrottamente.

Gli altri luoghi da visitare a piedi, oltre al campanile del Duomo ed al belvedere antistante il santuario della Madonna di Montalto, sono l'edificio manieristico del Monte di Pietà, la chiesa, arabo normanna, dei Catalani e la basilica di S.M. Alemanna, rappresentante la più alta espressione dell'originario stile gotico nell'area del Mediterraneo, che ha conservato l'ossatura intatta dopo il distruttivo terremoto del 1908.

• al momento dell’arrivo ogni ospite deve consegnare un documento d’identità valido per le registrazioni previste dalla normativa vigente.

• ad ogni ospite vengono consegnate le chiavi per poter liberamente uscire e rientrare in struttura senza orario;

• la pulizia verrà effettuata ad ogni cambio di ospite gratuitamente ed ove necessario, potrà essere richiesta al proprietario anche durante il soggiorno;

NON È CONSENTITO:

• portare animali diversi da quelli concordati con il proprietario;

VI PREGO DI:

• lasciare le chiavi sul davanzale del finestrone dell’ingresso prima del check out, secondo gli orari concordati con il proprietario.
