Appartamento al piano terra completamente ristrutturato e completamente arredato a nuovo. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone.

L'alloggio è raggiungibile in 10 minuti, con autobus o taxi dall'Aeroporto "Marco Polo" di Venezia, o dalla Stazione Ferroviaria di Venezia-Mestre.

In 30 minuti dall'Aeroporto "Antonio Canova" di Treviso.

Con un mezzo proprio, arrivare a destinazione è semplice e veloce.

Ottimamente collegato al Centro Storico di Venezia, mediante servizio di tram. La fermata del tram è a pochi passi dall'abitazione. Il tram passa ogni 10 minuti.

Il centro di Mestre è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi per fare shopping, oppure pranzare o cenare nei vari ristoranti.

Nell'alloggio potrete usufruire di due camere arredate a nuovo, di una cucina benissimo attrezzata con piano ad induzione, di Wifi e televisione a led con antenna parabolica.

Il nostro punto forza, oltre ad attrezzature nuovissime è la pulizia e l'igiene a cui teniamo particolarmente.

Prima di ogni cambio cliente viene effettuata un'accurata pulizia e igienizzazione della casa. Oggi ancora più di ieri, se possibile, ci stiamo occupando in modo più approfondito della disinfezione dello spazio e delle cose che mettiamo a disposizione

Al vostro arrivo saremo noi ad accogliervi, a consegnarvi le chiavi dell'alloggio e a darvi tutte le informazioni per rendere bello il vostro soggiorno.

Poco lontano si trova il parco di San Giuliano, affacciato sulla laguna di Venezia, dove fare rilassanti passeggiate, pattinare o andare in bicicletta. Parco San Giuliano fa parte dell'itinerario della Venice Marathon ed è il fulcro della settimana pre-maratona.

Interessante la fortezza ottocentesca di Forte Marghera che ospita rassegne culturali legate all'arte contemporanea nonchè ristorantini e una deliziosa baietta ai margini della laguna.

Il nostro appartamento è inserito in un Quartiere ancora a misura d'uomo, dove la maggior parte delle persone si conoscono tra di loro, rendendo così la zona molto tranquilla. Si trova nelle vicinanze di molti Hotel.

Avec un moyen de transport propre, arriver à destination est simple et rapide.

Les plus de la locationLe logement est complètement nouveau à l'intérieur et étant situé au rez-de-chaussée a été étudié pour permettre l'accès aux personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité

L'appartement est très bien relié au centre historique de Venise, qui est joignable en tram en 10 minutes. La fréquence du tram est toutes les 10 minutes .L'arrêt du tram est tout près/à deux pas de l'habitation. Le centre de Mestre est facilement joignable à pieds pour faire du shopping, ou bien déjeuner et dîner dans les plusieurs restaurants.

Le parc « San Giuliano », qui donne sur la lagune de Venise, se trouve tout prés du logement. Ici on peut faire des promenades, patiner ou faire du vélo.

Parc San Giuliano fait partie du itinéraire du Marathon de Venise et est le point d'appui de la semaine pré-marathon.

Intéressant est la forteresse de Forte Marghera du dix-neuvième siècle qui accueille des manifestations culturelles liées à l'art contemporain ainsi que des restaurants et une belle petite baie sur le bord de la lagune.

Accessible en voiture ou par les transports publics n'est pas très loin, il y a aussi le Parc della Bissuola avec piscine publique.

Avant de chaque changement client era effectué un soigné ménage.

En toutes saisons, Venise tient toujours son charme.

Nettoyage final de l'appartement, euros 50,00

Le Locataire s'engage à laisser la cuisine en ordre ainsi que la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine propres.

En cas d'éventuels dégâts, le Locataire verse à titre de dépôt, une caution de la somme de euros 200,00 (deux cents)(en comptant , no chèque) qui sera restituée au moment du départ, après la vérification de l'état de l'appartement et du mobilier. De cette caution sera déduit le montant nécessaire pour la réparation des dégâts éventuels au bien immobilier et/ou aux meubles et objets causés par le Locataire. Ce dernier est, dans tous les cas, responsable d'éventuels dégâts dont le montant soit supérieur à la caution déposée.
