Located on the 2nd and last floor without elevator of an old stone building of Jaumont, in a pedestrian street in the center town of Metz. The accommodation can accommodate 5 people, it includes a large living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 mezzanine, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. Arriving in the apartment the door opens onto a large living space with very bright sofa and armchairs, TV, open kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine). classic coffee and Nespresso, dishwasher, washing machine drying) and all the necessary to cook good little dishes as at home. You can connect to the WIFI for free. Upstairs you will find: 2 attic charming bedrooms that can accommodate 2 people each. The first is composed of a double bed of 140/190, the other of two beds of 90/190. 1 mezzanine accessible by a ladder with a bed for a 5th adult, (this mezzanine is not suitable for children). A bathroom with, a sink, a bathtub, a hairdryer and a toilet. We give you the keys when you arrive, regarding the departure and arrival times we do according to what suits you best and the availability of places subject to prior agreement. During your stay, you will be able to reach us at any time with the telephone number which we will give you. All the telephone numbers and useful addresses in the event of unforeseen events (doctors, pharmacy of guard ...) will be at your disposal. We also offer discounted rates for some activities. The neighborhood The accommodation is close to the cathedral, the opera theater, the new temple, the historic center, the Arsenal (auditorium), the lake and its gardens (large dedicated area recreational activities such as canoeing, rowing and skateboarding.The walker can join the botanical garden by the towpath of the Canal de Jouy or along the banks of the Moselle and discover points The neighborhood offers a wide choice of restaurants and bars, you will not need your car, everything can be done on foot.The SNCF train station is a 15 minute walk away. your car, the accesses of highways A4 and A31 are at 2 minutes, you can park it for free at the car park of the nearby campsite or at the paying carpark of the cathedral at 2 minutes from the apartment (9 € 24 hours) Other remarks Sheets and towels are provided. We welcome you for 2 nights minimum. Possibility of choosing the cleaning fee 40 € The tourist tax is not included in the price. Rules of procedure We ask you to respect the calm, the neighborhood and the lodging (no loud parties, the reception of event and the commercial use are not allowed) If you break or ruin some things, thank you to inform us so that we can replace it for the next occupants. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment which is equipped with very sensitive smoke detectors. Great location and flat

Great location in the centre of town and is a very well equipped flat which was a joy to stay in. Checking in and out was hassle free and contact and details from the owner Nathalie was very clear.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nathalie (the owner) a message.

If Nathalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
