Welcome to Casa Corp!

Hello, my name is Gaston and i am your host at CasaCorp. 15 years ago i built Casa Corp and my team and myself are proud to have hosted over 1000 guests from all over the world. My guests have included actors, businessmen and ordinary people.

As a frequent traveller myself, it is my vision to host people from all countries in the world, and make their stay in Mexico a great one!

Here are a few details about the apartment:

* FREE INTERNET ACCESS + CABLE TV

Internet can be very unstable in Mexico. We have 3 different access points to ensure that you will receive the best possible service

* FREE CLEANING SERVICE + FREE LAUNDRY

6 days a week you will receive full maid service - for free.

Among other things, this includes cleaning of the kitchen, making your bed and washing your clothes. (normally owners charge an extra cleaning fee without taking care of your clothes (typically this would cost up to $100 weekly). In CasaCorp this service is free.

* FREE USE OF IN-ROOM SAFE

In Mexico security is very important. You shouldn't stay at a place that doesn't offer a safe. We take great care of our guests and offer highest standards of security so you can sleep well and know that your valuables are safe

* LOCATION:

The apartment is located in Condesa, which is the vibrant and modern part of the city. Just a foot step away, there are many trendy restaurants. You will find everything from a traditional taqueria (typical Mexican tacos) to a high end modern fusion cuisne.

If you enjoy parks to walk or for the morning jog, "Parque Mexico" and "Parque España" are in less than 5 minutes walking distance.

One great thing about Condesa is also that at night you can find everything from a hip alternative bar, "Irish pub style" or a fancy place to take out a date.

Taxis are relatively cheap in Mexico and available 24hours. If you prefer to use local transportation (Metro + Bus), big stations are also less than 5 minutes walking distance away.

* THE APARTMENT:

I am an interior architect and owner of an art & furniture galery. Casa Corp was designed with great care. Every piece of furniture is hand crafted and of highest quality.

As you can see in the pictures, the beds have the standard of 5 Star Hotels.

Another important aspect is the shower. As a traveller myself, i know that it is important to have a shower with high water pressure. This is not standard in Mexico, but i made sure that all apartments have this feature included (see pictures for details).

With its elegance and charm, you will feel like home at Casa Corp. Casa Corp is available for short term as well as long term stays. Actually, some guests have stayed for over a year.

I typically have long working hours. But if you have any questions, my full time staff or I will of course always help you.

Suite muy amplia, limpia en un primer piso en uuna zona muy segura y tranquila. Sólo no tienen ascensor para que lo consideren con su maleta, aunque es un solo piso. Personal muy atento.

Why can't I call GASTON (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact GASTON (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GASTON (the owner) a message.

If GASTON (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
