From the owner

Villa Fumone was built in 1980 and completely refurbished as well as extended in 2002 by the current owners. The 250sqm home is set in a quiet, secluded as well as renowned development - Urbanizacao "Serra e Mar". Today, this development, started in the 1970's and located 5km behind the beach in the Western Algarve (Portimão), is very green and exclusive. The plot measures 1'800 square meters and is completely fenced in. Villa Fumone is orientated South and West for our guests to enjoy the new overflow pool as well as the large terra cotta terrace allowing for al fresco dining. The home is ideally located for golf players - strategically placed between the Penina Championship course as well as Morgado and Alamos Golf Courses. Another 6 courses are placed within a 10km drive. Shopping is a short distance away in Portimão. Two hours’ drive to Sevilla and three hours to Lisbon.

Villa Fumone is taken care of all year long - our housekeeper will personally expect and welcome you upon arrival, hand you the keys and show you the home. She will do the same on your departure day. It is possible, to book her services during your stay. In addition, the house is weekly visited by our gardener and once or twice a week by the person taking care of the pool. I am personally available at any time to help and assist if needed. We speak seven languages and as we lived (and worked!) in Portugal and Serra e Mar ourselves, we know the area well.     How do damage deposits work?
