This superb detached cottage, set on the outskirts of the Teesdale hamlet of Mickleton, sleeps ten people in four bedrooms.Cobblers Barn is a wonderful stone-built, detached cottage situated on the edge of the hamlet of Mickleton, close to both Middleton-in-Teesdale and Barnard Castle in Teesdale. Set over three floors, this cottage sleeps ten people in four bedrooms, including two zip/link super king-size double with en-suite (one on ground floor), one twin and one family room with a double and two single beds, as well as a separate bathroom. The cottage also has a lower ground floor kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with woodburner. Outside, there's off road parking for five cars and a courtyard garden with hot tub, patio, furniture and barbecue. Cobblers Barn offers quality accommodation for families and groups of friends.

Amenities: LPG underfloor central heating with woodburning stove. Range cooker with 6-ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with drink and ice dispenser, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with Freeview, Blu-ray, DVD, WiFi with full-fibre broadband, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Courtyard garden with 6-seater hot tub, patio, furniture plus BBQ. Up to three well-behaved pets welcome, third pet is chargeable at £20. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 2 miles, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Hot tub available until 10pm - please bring own bathrobe for hot tub as not provided. Please note: This property has a good housekeeping bond of £250. There is currently no facility for charging vehicles at this property, if guests need electricity via an extension lead a supplement of £30 per car will be chargeable. Please note: In April 2025, the owner can only accept bookings from 14th - 21st April.

Mickleton offers two pubs, including one serving food, and there's wonderful walking all around.
