Very comfortable serviced apartment on the beautiful High Coast (Hoga Kusten), Sweden.A UNESCO World Heritage Site. There is a fully equipped kitchen, quality beds and linens, luxury bathroom, internet connection, satellite TV.

Our philosophy is to give the comfort of a high quality hotel, but at a more competitive rate, and to ensure our guests feel they are enjoying a home from home.The apartment is self contained with a private entrance and whilst we are very keen to give our guests every assistance we can, they can be assured of their privacy.

Externally our garden is alongside a river, and has terrace with furniture and a large BBQ, by the waterfall which are guests are most welcome to use.The apartment has a balcony which looks out to a large lake.

The area is particularly suited for outdoor pursuits, such as swimming, walking, sailing, horse riding, fishing and climbing. In the winter we can arrange ice fishing, snow mobile safaris, skiing, both cross country and down hill, as well as Premier Division Ice Hockey games.

We can provide additional services such as high standard cooking, including preparation of picnic baskets and gourmet dinners. A driver can be provided, as well as pick up service from any of the local airports and railway stations. There is a bus stop in the village 100 metres away from the property which has connections to all the major towns in the North of Sweden as well as bus services for Stockholm and Arlanda Airport. Additionally we can arrange grocery shopping.

Our foremost concern is that we look after our guests, ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and comfortable.We take so much pleasure by meeting guests from all over the world.

Why can't I call Simon (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Simon (the owner) a message.

If Simon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
