The bed and breakfast 'A-CTO, design in ride' is a 40 m² apartment with independent entrance situated on the first floor of our House typically Ticinese.

It consists of a living room with small kitchen, dining area and living room. a bedroom with Queen bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small office; and a bathroom with washbasin, shower and WC.

In restructuring, we wanted to mix two different atmospheres:-ancient items such as wooden beams, stone walls and the old fireplace that bring warmth and conviviality.

-Elements contemporary and modern design such as materials and furniture which give it lightness and freshness.

This combination creates a sense of well-being and 'quiet'.

Our House is located in Miglieglia in the malcantone not far from Lugano. The village, perched at an altitude of 700 m, has retained its old-world charm with its old houses and two churches of the 16th century and 11th century. But Miglieglia has also taken advantage of its strategic position on the slopes of Monte Lema to not fall asleep. Today there are two bars restaurants and a cable car to reach the Summit of Monte Lema (open from April to early November).

Up there, the view is spectacular with a side the Lake of Lugano, the other Lake Maggiore and the Alps in the background.

To discover our region, discover gre on trails through the Woods and mountains and for you refresh nothing better than swimming in the River (15 min walk) or at the Lake of Lugano (15 min by car).

Book a day to walk the streets to the Lombard architecture and Mediterranean accents of towns such as Lugano, Como, Locarno or even Milan. You can go shopping, enjoy many cultural activities or enjoy a spritz on the edge of the Lake - a real moment of relaxation Italian!

We would be happy to welcome you in our bed and breakfast and you to share the beauty of our region in a natural and relaxing environment.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

    If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
