From the owner

A high specification, luxury villa set in a private estate with breath-taking views over Fuengirola and only a short distance from the restaurants and bars of Mijas Pueblo, one of the famous White villages of Andalucía.
The property is located in a quite area with privacy form the road and neighbours, and ideal location to relax on one of the Thai sunbeds by the large 12 metre pool and enjoy the view. The house has been designed for stylish entertainment with outside eating áreas, a bar and a chill out área with gas barbeque.
The inside of the villa has a feeling of space with an open plan design with high ceilings over five floors. The top floor has 3 double bedrooms and large bathroom with walk in shower. The middle floor enjoys a TV room overlooking the lounge, a huge master bedroom with walk in wardrobe double en-suite luxury wet room and a large covered terrace.
The ground floor has beautifully equipped kitchen with American fridge freezer and a large living room with wood burning fireplace, opening to the deck área and swimming pool.
A basement can be found beneath the house containing a bathroom with walk in shower, bedroom, plasma TV and bar. This is the perfect entertainment área and could be used as a large self-contained flat if required.
Throughout the house there is a WI-FI with a centralised music system.
All the amenities,beaches and attractions of Fuengirola and Mijas Costa are all a short drive away or if you prefer the traditional bars and restaurant or walking in the hills these are all within easy walking distance.

How do damage deposits work?
