Access to this luxury 6 bedroom villa is through the Mijas Golf complex. Situated approximately 10 minutes from some of the Costa del Sol's most beautiful beaches, as well as its proximity to the quaint village of Mijas, guests will benefit from the peace and quiet of a semi-rural location yet be within striking distance of the world famous towns of Marbella and Puerto Banus. Other nearby attractions include Mijas Water Park, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo , off road buggy excursions, horse riding tours and golf courses galore!

There has been no expense spared on this stunning property. Split over 3 floors and situated in private grounds, this villa has unrivaled views of the 1st and 2nd holes on Los Lagos golf course. Guests will be able to relax, socialize, entertain and dine in comfort and style.

Entrance to the villa is via an electric gate providing safe off street parking. Finished to a high standard and predominantly contemporary in design there is still some evidence of traditional Spanish style, in particular, the impressive double doors and dining table. Open plan living is themed throughout with the lounge, dining area and kitchen at ground level. Comfortable seating and tasteful soft furnishings allow guests to relax or watch a 54 inch TV plus Play Station, or just enjoy the panoramic views of the gardens, pool and golf course.

The fully appointed American-style kitchen has all modern appliances, including integrated ovens, refrigerator and freezer x 2, as well an electric hob, extractor and a breakfast bar. Also on this level is bedroom 1, with super king bed, fully fitted wardrobes with a safe, a 48 inch TV and an en suite with bath, shower, WC and 2 hand basins. Two further bedrooms are accessed on this level via 3 steps where there is a cloakroom and guest bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with a safe. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, wardrobes with a safe, and an en-suite shower room. The guest bathroom has a full size bath, shower, WC and 2 hand basins. Also on this floor is a compact yet functional cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

On the upper floor there are 3 further bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed, fitted wardrobes with a safe, a 48 inch TV, luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, WC and double hand basins, and it's own private balcony. Bedroom 5 has a single bed, with an extra single bed if required, wardrobe and a 32 inch TV. Bedroom 6 is a twin bedded room with wardrobes. All rooms have air conditioning, all Bedrooms have electric shutters and modern down lighting. There is also a Sonos system throughout the property. There is under floor heating for the chilly nights through the winter months.

Set in private gardens, guests can experience truly wonderful outdoor living. A saltwater infinity pool 10 X 5 M, stylish sun beds and a Jacuzzi allow you to relax and enjoy time in the sunshine while a fully fitted BBQ area with ample seating and shade means that entertaining family and friends outside is possible. There is also relaxed lighting to decking, pool and gardens for those tranquil summer evening.On the lower floor there is a Games room with a pool table, TV, Bar, seating and kitchenette with integrated refrigerator. Additional outside seating on the decking area means the whole family can sit, relax, play, eat and drink in comfort.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
