Villa Phoebe is a large modern coastal villa, light and airy villa Phoebe offers comfort and stunning sea views to make a perfect summer holiday.
Villa Phoebe is built on two floors and features large French windows ensuring that natural light illuminates the villa from dawn until dusk. The ground floor is an open plan living area and diner with large French windows opening out onto the terrace and pool area. The large lounge has comfy seating for up to 9, a flat screen TV, DVD player and music system. The TV is equipped with Satellite channels including SKY channels, BBC, ITV, Sports, Movie Channels, UK TV Series plus more. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you will need during your holiday plus there are a couple of cool boxes which you are welcome to use for picnics on the beach. The dining table seats 6-8 comfortably. Just off the lounge is the guest bathroom.
The upper floor is accessed by a wide marble staircase which leads to the three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with its high ceiling and two French windows leading out onto a furnished balcony is very comfortable and airy with a large double bed, a row of built-in cupboards and a dressing table. The Master Bedroom has a very large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and bath. The balcony has spectacular panoramic views over the pool and out to the gorgeous blue sea and Mikros Gialos beach. The Master Bedroom balcony is a favourite spot in the evenings when all the fishing boat lights twinkle across the water in the bay.
Next to the Master Bedroom is a Twin Bedroom with French windows leading onto a private furnished balcony with superb views of the bay all the way across the water to the islands of Ithaca and Cephalonia. The Twin Bedroom has two single beds that can be made up as a double, a row of built-in cupboards and a large en-suite shower room. The sea views from this bedroom reach all the way into the room and it is possible to have a lazy morning enjoying the beautiful sea views without having to emerge from the bed!
At the back of the villa with its own private paved terrace is the third bedroom which has two single beds that can also be made up as a double, a row of built-in cupboards and dressing table plus an en-suite shower room. The sun shines into this bedroom through the large French windows that lead out onto a lovely little patio decorated with lovely Oleander and Rosemary. This is a gorgeous spot, ideal for reading or just relaxing and taking in the beautiful sea views.
The exterior of villa Phoebe is just as comfortable as the interior. Gorgeous rattan style furniture offers a lovely shaded seating area to relax and read a book or just take in the superb sea views. There are two double seater sofas and two armchairs plus a coffee table under the arches outside the lounge.
Outside the kitchen area there is a large wooden table with six chairs in the shaded area under the arches perfect for breakfast or light lunches at the villa.
We provide 6 teak sun loungers with thick mattresses for your comfort whilst basking in the sun around the pool and there are two large umbrellas should you prefer to be shaded from the afternoon sun. Added to these there are two more sunbeds on the patio outside the twin bedroom on a higher level should you just want peace and quiet and enjoy the views in privacy.
The built BBQ under the wooden pergola is perfect for lunch or dinner at the villa on those occasions when you prefer to eat at home rather than wander down to the lovely bay of Mikros Gialos where there are a number of excellent fish and traditional tavernas. The BBQ area under the pergola has its own table with 6 chairs. We provide charcoal and fire lighters so you don't need to worry about going out to the shops when you decide to have a BBQ.
The 12m X 5m infinity pool with steps leading into it at one end is all one depth at approximately 1.70m deep. Swimming in the infinity pool at villa Phoebe is just amazing as the sea and the water in the pool merges into one and it feels like you are in the sea as you look across the water at the fishing boats bobbing around in the bay. Care must be taken with small children as there is a drop on the infinity side of the pool.
Villa Phoebe is truly one of the most beautiful properties on Lefkas in every respect and it is really a perfect place for a summer holiday.
