Rent harmonious and charming five-rooms apartment (2 bedrooms) on 2 levels with double-height entry. Settled down in a special and valuable context. The property is located in the suggestive Navigli canals district, one of the most attractive areas of Milan full of shops and wonderful clubs and pubs, but situated in a small and quiet side street, just few steps away from one of the most vibrant city area. Very easy to reach highway entrance and just 15 mns far from Duomo-downtown. 1 Minuts by foot fromi NABA and DOMUS ACADEMY.

The apartment, high quality class, on 2 levels, is very comfortable and cosy. A wonderful place for a relaxing stay and refreshing sleep. Completely furnished and equipped. The rooms, one for each level, are introduced by a 'petite' antechamber for a better privacy and have private facilities, one equipped with shower, the other with Hydrosonictm bathtub, ultrasonic bath and whirlpool Ouverture, with stabilized temperature, light and radio…Air conditioning Very close to dowtown Milano, pubblic transports and subway, historical sites, markets and shops, pharmacies, public open air swimming pool, over that, of course, to restaurants, pubs and trattorie on Navigli canals.Private garage available: 22 €/day

Affittasi armonico e suggestivo 5 locali (2 camere) disposto su 2 livelli con ingresso a doppia altezza, situato in un contesto condominiale particolare e di pregio. La proprietà è localizzata nel caratteristico quartiere dei Navigli, uno dei cuori pulsanti della movida milanese, in una piccola via laterale che unisce tranquillità e riservatezza alla possibilità di uscire da casa e con soli 4 passi ritrovarsi in una delle zone più vive della città. Molto comoda con l'imbocco della tangenziale e non lontana dal Duomo. A 1 Minuto a piedi dalla NABA e DOMUS ACADEMY. L'appartamento, di particolare pregio e disposto su 2 livelli, è confortevole ed accogliente ed è un luogo molto adatto ove trascorrere ore piacevoli e trovare un sonno ristoratore. La proprietà è completamente arredata e corredata. Le camere, una per ogni piano, sono separate dal resto della casa da un piccolo disimpegno ed hanno il proprio bagno ad uso esclusivo, uno dotato di doccia, l'altro di vasca a ultrasuoni e idromassaggio Ouverture, con temperatura stabilizzata, luce e radio. Aria condizionata .La zona è centrale, servitissima, a poche decine di metri da mezzi pubblici, metropolitana, supermercati, negozi, farmacie, piscina comunale estiva, oltre che, chiaramente, dai locali, pub e trattorie dei Navigli.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fabio (the owner) a message.

If Fabio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
