Original and striking open space apartment, perfect for temporary stays in Milan, situated at the ground floor of a period building in Via Vignola, a quiet street with low traffic, very close to University Bocconi, zona Navigli, Porta Romana and Parco Ravizza.

The apartment entrance is situated in the inner court yard which is paved with Luserna’s stone and is decorated with large potted plants.
Feature of the big apartment, completely new, are very high ceilings and therefore most of the area has been lofted.

The large living area is combined with the dining room; the kitchen is little but modern and completely equipped with oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
A staircase takes to the lofted area furnished with a nice library and a chair-bed while an hallway takes to the night area with 2 bedrooms which are both lofted.

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed (can also be divided into 2 single beds) and a wardrobe. On the lofted area there is a chest of drawers and a work area with a nice desk.
The second room is furnished with a single bed, a wardrobe and two chairs. Going up to the lofted area we have another comfortable sofa bed and a private bathroom with the washing machine .

The main bathroom, located between the 2 bedrooms, is spacious, quite original and with a beautiful shower.
Throughout the apartment there are precious hardwood floors .
Heater and air conditioning for independent use.
Internet Wi-Fi.
