Rent 2 harmonious and charming apartments. Since they are side by side, can accommodate large groups (up to 16 people). In case your group is bigger, please ask for the other apartments we manage in the area.

Total 8 rooms (4 bedrooms) on 2 levels with double height entrances, located in a characteristic condominium, warm atmosphere, fresh design and cozy spaces.

Settled down in a special and valuable context. The properties are located in the suggestive Navigli canals district, one of the most attractive areas of Milan full of shops and wonderful clubs and pubs, but situated in a small and quiet side street, just few steps away from one of the most vibrant city area. The location is convenient for many attractions of the city since the apartments are located in a central area and well-connected by surface public transport and by subway. Despite being quite close to the center, the entrance to the motorway junction is just 2 minutes away and this allows you to avoid the city traffic which in Milan is sometimes very intense. 1 Minuts by foot from NABA and DOMUS ACADEMY.

The apartments, of particular value and arranged on 2 levels, are wall to wall. They are comfortable and cozy and are a very suitable place to spend pleasant hours and find restful sleep.

The 4 bedrooms are separated from the rest of the house by a small hallway and have exclusive use of 3 bathrooms, two with showers, the other with an ultrasonic bath and Ouverture hydromassage, with stabilized temperature, light and radio.

The area is central, well served, a few dozen meters away from public transport, the subway, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, summer municipal swimming pool, as well as, clearly, from the Navigli pubs, bar and restaurants.

Totali 8 locali (4 camere) disposto su 2 livelli con ingresso a doppia altezza, situato in un contesto condominiale particolare e di pregio.

Le proprietà sono localizzate nel caratteristico quartiere dei Navigli, uno dei cuori pulsanti dei locali e delle serate milanesi, in una piccola via laterale che unisce tranquillità e riservatezza alla possibilità di uscire da casa e con soli 4 passi ritrovarsi in una delle zone più vive della città. Molto comoda con l'imbocco della tangenziale ma a solo dieci minuti in metro da Cadorna e venti dal Duomo. A 1 Minuto a piedi dalla NABA e DOMUS ACADEMY.

Gli appartamenti sono uno affianco all'altro. Di design ed accoglienti, sono disposti su 2 livelli. Sono confortevoli ed intimi e costituiscono un luogo molto adatto ove trascorrere ore piacevoli e trovare un sonno ristoratore.

Le 4 camere, sono separate dal resto della casa da un piccolo disimpegno ed hanno a disposizione esclusiva 3 bagni , due dotati di doccia, l'altro di vasca a ultrasuoni e idromassaggio Ouverture, con temperatura stabilizzata, luce e radio.

La zona è centrale, servitissima, a poche decine di metri da mezzi pubblici, metropolitana, supermercati, negozi, farmacia, piscina comunale estiva, oltre che, chiaramente, dai locali, pub e trattorie dei Navigli.

Eventuale posto/i auto in box privato: 22 €/auto/notte Max 3 auto. E' necessaria la prenotazione.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Fabio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
