Bonjour Monsieur, Merci pour votre commentaire, mais je ne pensais pas que vous vouliez achetez la maison !! car vos remarques sont plus celle d'un acheteur que d'un locataire. En effet les remarques sur les finitions sont totalement infondées. Les photos de notre site en sont le témoignage et de nombreux Locataires nous disent que la réalité et mieux que les photos! Quant aux étagères c'est exacte elles sont métalliques mais vous oublier de dire que les 3 chambres sont équipées de COMMODES 5 tiroirs également . La baignoire, vous auriez du me prévenir que pour vous souhaitiez une hauteur de carrelage minimum, cependant c'est carrelé jusqu'en haut des murs, je ne vais pas carreler le plafond !! Quant à la TV elle fonctionne, cependant en cas de temps très couvert la réception effectivement se dégrade et empêche la réception de 3 chaines sur un bouquet de 24, comme internet qui n'est pas aussi rapide que dans une grande ville c'est la rançon d'habiter au pied du château de MILHAC dans notre belle campagne Lotoise. Donc en résumé, pour ceux qui veulent venir pour rester devant la TV et télécharger des films sur internet ou en Streaming, ce n'est pas le bon endroit. Chez nous on profite plutôt de la nature environnante, de la piscine et de la beauté du village ! Désolé si vous faite une marche arrière pour sortir de la cour, mais tout cela se voit sur les photos de notre site, c'est une maison du vieux MILHAC construite du temps ou les voitures n'existaient pas . Cela n’empêche pas de décharger sa voiture pratiquement devant la porte mais il faut effectivement reculer de 15 METRES dans la cour qui fait 5 mètres de large. Donc jeune permis s'abstenir ! j'ajoute aussi que vous ne parlez pas de Jean-Michel (la personne chargé de l’accueil ) qui s'est plié en quatre pour vous, suite à votre remarque pas très courtoise qu'il n'y avait pas de bois pour le barbecue. Ainsi que du fait que nous ne vous avons rien dit sur le décodeur que vous avez détraqué à force de le débrancher et que j'ai du remplacer. En conclusion je mettrai cela sur le compte que votre mauvaise humeur suite a une semaine gâché par le mauvais temps ou vous avez eu tout le temps de regarder la TV et chercher d’hypothétiques malfaçons. Et si vous avez trouvez notre maison "bas de gamme" ce n'est pas l'avis des nombreux locataires qui vous ont précédé. Peut-être devriez vous chercher dans du "très haut de gamme " cependant il faudra ouvrir un peut plus le porte monnaie même si chez nous c'est trop cher pour vous. Je laisse à chacun le choix de juger . Bien cordialement
