Welcome to my lovely studio Location! Location! Location! 9 Miles to San Francisco over the Golden Gate Bridge and a brief, level walk to the charming Mill Valley village.

This well-appointed studio has been lovingly decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in charming downtown Mill Valley.

Beautifully decorated in a coastal/beach theme. Luxurious queen sized bed, with down comforter, high-thread count sheets and pillow-top bed, well-stocked kitchen with coffee maker, blender, microwave and tons of kitchen & pantry essentials,

Very comfortable furniture and a very relaxed environment with smart HD TV,, WI-FI, cable, Netflix, sunny, private, one-level, all in a fabulous location that is convenient to everything and a level walk.

Restaurants, movies, music, grocery stores, pizza all within a 10 minutes easy walk. You will love this place!! This is the only place you will ever need to know.

The neighborhood

Susan’s home is located in Mill Valley, California, United States.

Mill Valley is a gem of a place. Just 15 minutes to Muir Woods and Muir Beach, 30 to Stinson Beach, 45 minutes to Point Reyes, Marshall (oysters!).... 40 minutes to wine country (Sonoma -- other areas are farther north), 20 minutes to The Golden Gate Bridge & San Francisco. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, boutiques and other shops within a few blocks of our home (the center of town a 10 minute walk). A gorgeous park (Old Mill), library, Dipsea Trail Steps, and more -- all just 2 minutes away the other direction. Hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails in the area, many easily accessible from our front door.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
