Come and enjoy Mill Valley and beautiful Northern California! Centrally located, this property is 20 minutes away from San Francisco, 40 minutes away from the beach, 40 minutes away from the Wine Country, and WALKING distance to the town of Mill Valley with restaurants, theater, spas and shopping. This ideal location is also a 5 minute walk to trailheads for mountain biking and hiking on majestic Mount Tamalpais.

This is a great home for relaxing or using as a jumping off point to enjoy the San Francisco/Bay Area. From every vantage point, you will see redwood trees, our giant Australian Tree Ferns and greenery. We have a large balcony overlooking the front yard, an 800 sq ft deck in the front yard, and a seating area, wooden hot tub and large garden in the backyard.

Our home is located on ¾ of an acre amidst the redwood trees with a creek running through the front yard. It is a 3,300 square foot, 3 level split home with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full living room with wood burning fireplace, full dining room seating 12, large kitchen with seating for 10, and TV room with large flat screen TV & gas fireplace. The master suite, located on the top level, has a large seating area with bookshelves and a TV, Cal King Bed, spacious bathroom with a Phillip Stark bathtub and double sinks. The 2nd level is the kitchen and dining room and the bottom level is the TV room and additional three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have Queen Beds and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All levels lead to the outdoors – decks, balconies and seating areas.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, disposal, two ovens, 6 burner commercial stove and refrigerator. We also have a blender, griddle for the stove top, food processor and just about anything that you will need during your stay. We also have a gas BBQ on the front deck. We invite you to bring your family, your kids (they will LOVE the rope swing over the creek) and enjoy our home!

How do damage deposits work?
