Newley refurbished to a very high standard, this stylish and comfortable Villa is just 2 minutes walk from the beach. All beds have super comfy memory mattresses and luxury duvets and pillows. There is Sky Q TV in the lounge with a Sky Entertainment Package and WIFI. The Villa also boasts under floor heating, a stylish shower room and fully equipped kitchen. The large private fully decked terrace boasts sea views and is perfect for alfresco dining or simply soaking up the sun. Super comfy Memory mattresses are on all beds to ensure a truly relaxing sleep with no uncomfortable lumps or bumps to spoil your holiday. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and 2 lounge chairs with designer accessories to complete the look and a wall mounted TV with a Sky Entertainment Package, and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an integrated fridge with freezer box, integrated oven with grill, induction hob, microwave, 4 slice toaster and kettle. The bathroom has a contemporary feel finished in white with a walk in shower cubicle and electric shower. The Villa has electric under floor central heating and we provide the first £10 of electricity for 4 night stays and longer and the first £5.00 for 3 night stays. Cards can be bought 24 hours a day from a machine located on Site.

We provide 2 luxury king size duvets and 1 luxury single duvet, 2 luxury pillows for the single bed and 4 luxury pillows for each of the double beds. We don’t provide any bed linen or towels.

Millendreath Beach, just 2 minutes level walk from the Villa, is a south facing beach in a sheltered cove near Looe, Cornwall. It is a sandy beach with numerous rock pools to explore at low tides There are also stunning coastal walks and Black Rock Café & Bistro is located right next to the beach and has been a resounding success since opening its doors 4 years ago. The newly opened Black Rock Beach Bar is located overlooking the beach and sea with stunning views out to sea and is perfect for lunchtime drinks and evening drinks before or after dinner. You can enjoy scrumptious quality food and drink in addition the café operates a takeaway selling chips, burgers, sandwiches, ice creams and hot and cold drinks.

We are very dog friendly to responsible dog owners however there is a dog restriction on the beach from 1st May to 31st October dogs are allowed before 9am and after 6pm however Plaidy Beach which is a 10 minute walk away is the next beach along and is dog friendly all year round. The woods, which you can access from the end car park, are dog friendly all year round. Finally the valley is undergoing a 50 million pounds development program. The majority of the work will be out of season in the winter months. Black Rock Resort has a lovely cafe/restaurant right on the beach and the Beach Bar new for 2018 is stunning and again overlooks the beach both just 2 minutes walk from the Villa.

New for 2021 there is now automatic number plate recognition parking in place.There is a £20 fee for the week or £40 for the month, tickets are available on arrival from the ticket machines.

Sorry it was not cleaned to your standard, never been an issue in the past. There as always been a fire blanket & fire extinguisher so don’t know how you missed them.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Louise (the owner) a message.

If Louise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
