Newly renovated brick, Mediterranean style villa approx 75 metres from a sandy beach and set into the wooded slopes of Millendreath, a picturesque Cornish Valley. Overlooks the sea and opposite hillside. A woodland walk starts immediately from the gate if desired. Coast path walk 50 meters away.

A very mild climate through to winter, offering 4 night breaks out of summer season.

Comfortable modern living. 2 compact double bedrooms, both with double beds, wardrobe and drawers. Bathroom has large walk in shower. A new white high gloss and driftwood kitchen. Integrated appliances -Fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and pyrolytic fan assisted electric oven. Lounge with sea and country views. HD 42” smart TV with HD freesat. Fully insulated property. Economy electric heating for cooler weather and an air exchange unit providing constant clean air into the property, (Ideal for asthma and hay fever sufferers and purifying air from pet odours). Fully double glazed with large tinted picture windows and patio door. BBQ. Bed linen is an optional extra £25 per bed set. We provide quilts and pillows.

Parking is in the private car park in the valley approx 100 metres away after unloading at foot of villa steps. There is a meter to pay, £20 for the week.

Although 2 bed roomed, the villa is compact and ideally, it is best suited to couples. There are 52 steps up to the property, please take this into account before booking. Thank you.

If you want hustle and bustle, Millendreath is not for you, however Looe is a hilly 1 mile walk away and has plenty of shops and numerous restaurants. There are coastal paths, countryside and woodland walks from the valley, ideal for dog walkers and ramblers. Plaidy beach is a five minute walk from the villa and is dog friendly all year. Dogs are allowed on 'our' beach before 9am and after 6pm (April to Oct) and with no restrictions Oct to 1st April. Also, at low tide you can walk your dog down the jetty and go over the rocks to the beautiful East beach, where there are no restrictions. It does get cut off, but is accessible for several hours making it very quiet. (Don't forget to get back before the tide comes back in, or walk along to Seaton and alternatively return by coast path!). Millendreath beach is small when the tide is in, there is seasonal kayak, paddle board, sun lounger hire and also has a jetty from which to go crabbing or enclosed bathing at high tide.

£15 electricity card provided for a full weeks stay, which is usually enough without heating which is economy electric heating. Cards available on site from £5. On satisfactory inspection and return of the key, Holiday Lettings will refund the £100 security deposit if it is included in your booking cost.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Karen (the owner) a message.

If Karen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
