Offering a guest-villa/condo that is a part of our large house (we live separately onsite) that sits on 11 acres. You have your own private beautiful, vaulted ceiling chandelier with picture window entryway. COVETED AREA!!! Convenient to EVERYTHING! In Goodlettsville (a suburb of Nashville). Only 10 minutes to Rivergate Mall area with all the big box stores - Sears, Macy's, BestBuy, etc. PLEASE READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION AND WATCH THE VIDEOS AND/OR 3D WALK THROUGHS BEFORE BOOKING.

•LOCAL ADDRESS, 4BDR, AND PARTY/EVENT BOOKINGS: (within 50 miles) 2-night minimum, $250 required refundable security deposit, and a set of questions we need answered before approval. Parties are technically not allowed. Recommend renting the 4-bedroom option or add the 2 additional rooms/bath-tub option. We must collect this as an additional fee after booking. It takes up to 10 business days to return the deposit.

•Contact us directly for videos and 3-D walk-throughs.

•Book 7+ nights for a 10% discount. Book 30+ nights for a 25% discount.

•Family-friendly place and our family lives on the same property-you may hear children and pets at times.

•$25/person/night over 6 people to a max of 8 overnight guests. Sleeps 6 comfortably-2 each King beds and Queen sleeper sofa. Dining/living room has 6 dining chairs, sleeper sofa, and 2 soft chairs - seating 11 in that room. Can increase max from 8 to 14 if you buy extra 2 rooms and 1 bath option – which comfortably sleeps 10 in beds for an extra $130 per night plus taxes.

•Furnished ~1000 sf

•20 to 30 minutes to downtown Nashville.

•Game room, arcade game, pool, and air hockey.

•The game room area (and associated 2 extra rooms that are used for the 4 bedroom rental option) may be accessed/used by us and our personal guests during your stay, which we rarely ever use. There is a door to that area that you can lock to ensure your privacy.

•2 Baths.

•Full-size laundry.

•There is a long 1/4 driveway that is mostly dirt (and not perfectly smooth - drive slow) so don't get freaked out by that. We are in a beautiful valley at the end of the driveway.

•Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and Microwave.

•Off-street parking.

•Playground area in front.

•PETS: Pets allowed if house-broke, washed weekly and before they arrive. Pets must be crated when you leave, and not allowed to roam free inside the villa - mainly due to hair shedding and clean-up. It is best if you can contain your pet to non carpeted areas. If you leave please crate the pet in the sunroom. $100 per pet per stay refundable security deposit required.

•There are various outdoor animals on our farm - cats, dogs, cows and some are very friendly. The cats may try and come in but we don't want them in the rental.

•Furnished with desk, chair, bed sheets, covers, towels, living room furniture, kitchen table and chairs, fans, nightstand, lamps, dishes, silverware, cooking pots and pans, kitchen utensils.

•Private Hot tub, deck, grounds in front (except pool area), rental interior area, swing play area, parking in front, woods, walkways, and bonfire area.

•Family Pool is shared with owners - must reserve (up to 4 hours at a time) to ensure our families' use doesn't impede your enjoyment. It is typically operational from April - September. Back yard area is reserved for our family, but you can go from your area to the pool.

•Volleyball net in backyard.

•We don't mind interacting but can give you privacy, as we like privacy as well.

•Public Transport: Not close to the home, but once you get 10 min into town there is good public transportation. Uber is available directly from the property.

•We require guests to provide a non-channel specific email, billing address, and sign a standard rental contract electronically at the time of booking.

•Smoking/vaping (of any kind) is not allowed in the villa at any time. Smoking/vaping is allowed in a designated outside location only. Violation of this will result in at least a $150 charge.

•NOTE: Don't use Apple Siri or Apple Maps to get here as it will take you to the wrong place. Self-check-in. We love to greet you between the hours of 9 am and 8 pm, after that please use the RING doorbell to wake us up in case of emergency.

•CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a strict but fair cancellation policy. Inquire about that prior to booking if you are concerned.

•Note that all fees, rent, or taxes on our statement may be different looking that the channel booking statement (i.e. the cleaning fee may not look equivalent); however, the bottom-line gross total will be the same.

•Trash: Note that you can put as much burnable trash into the 2 rectangular burn trash containers in the back as you want.

•Please Note that we have outside video 24/7 active recording surveillance with our Ring Doorbells at each door and side installed cameras.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
