From the owner

Villa Viktorija is a traditional Dalmatian stone town house over 150 years old. It has recently been refurbished, with a traditional look and feel kept untouched, yet with all modern conveniences. Enjoy the privacy of dining in the walled garden terrace surrounded by romantic pillars and Mediterranean plants. Grilling fresh local fish and meats over wood on the traditional stone grill will add authentic charm to your holiday. And an outdoor summer kitchen adds convenience.

The villa is located in a quiet pedestrian alleyway of Milna, just 10m from the sea, 150m from the nearest restaurant and cafe bar and close by the local shops. The nearest beach is 800m away, an easy 15 min walk along the harbour road. Alternatively you can drive to one of the stunningly turquoiuse blue secluded bays near Milna - Lucica Bay and Osibova Bay. The delightful small village of Bobovisca is a 15 min drive away and has a deep inlet bay that is like a huge natural outdoor swimming pool and offers great days out. A harbour side restaurant and cafe bar mean you can enjoy a full day out there.

The villa accommodates up to 14 persons in 4 separate apartments which are connected by internal stairs. You enter the villa from a pedestrian alleyway one row back from the harbour road. You enter into the garden and from here into the ground floor which comprises an open plan living dining kitchen room, 1 twin bedroom (which can become double when beds are connected and 1 shower room.

From here you go up internal stairs to the first floor where there are 2 separate apartments. One is a studio apartment with bedroom, kitchenette and shower room. The second apartment has a double bedroom, a shower room and a large living dining area with kitchen. This opens onto a balcony with a lovely view of the marina and the old part of the village.

Up a further set of internal stairs is the attic where you will find a duplex apartment in the eaves of the rustic wooden beamed attic. On the lower floor of this duplex attic is a spacious open plan living, dining kitchen room and a master double bedroom with bathroom. In the upper floor of the attic there is another shower room and 2 single bedrooms equipped with queen size beds. The many windows and 1 small balcony make this apartment very comfortable and bright - ideal for a family gathering after long day on the beach.

There is also balcony on the first floor where you can enjoy the sea view as you breakfast in the morning sun.

The villa has 5 air conditioning units.

The villa offers comfort in the center of Milna where guests can enjoy the peaceful life of this fishing village during the quieter summer months yet the vibrancy of this marina village in the high season months of July and August.

You can park your car on the harbour road in front of the villa so you have easy access to all.

You will checkin at the office of Dalmatian Property Management in Supetar. The office is 200 m from the ferry port. We will supply you with photo directions how to get to the apartment. And will give you information about the region, supermarkets, restaurants and cultural events you might visit during your stay. You will feel completely looked after. And in a case you need anything else DPM personnel will be happy to help. Please note you will need to pay in cash on arrival 1 Euro per person per day tourist tax. Late arrival and Sunday check in fees apply. You will also need to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit on arrival for the key. You will get this back when you return the key on departure.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
