Casa Minor is a refined apartment recently renovated and integrated with modern architectural elements and design that is located in a castle overlooking the sea. Located on the head that divides Maiori da Minori and with its large windows overlooking Maiori and the gulf is perfect for a relaxing holiday but a stone's throw from the beaches and towns of the two villages of the Amalfi Coast. The private garden, accessible from the outside and equipped with a shower and sun loungers, will be perfect for your long sunny days. From the garden, facing south-west you can enjoy fantastic sunsets overlooking Minori. The sofa bed in the living area and the double bed and the single bed in the adjacent open area can accommodate up to 5 people. Together with Casa Maior it is part of the Castle Mezzacapo complex that can accommodate up to 11 people. Located 300 meters from the beach of Maiori, which dominates from its panoramic position, the apartment is located inside the Castello Mezzacapo di Minori. The prestigious architectural work was commissioned at the end of the 19th century by the Marquises Mezzacapo who wanted it identical to its twin that stands on the banks of the Loire. The Castle is 450 meters from the beach and the town of Minori. Casa Minor is a classic Amalfi structure with large volumes and a sail ceiling. The full height windows, which give it a unique viewpoint on the coastal landscape, make it bright and welcoming. We have integrated the classic structure of Casa Minor with modern architectural accessories that enhance the interior while maintaining a balance with the style of the house. The apartment, well furnished, consists of a unique environment divided into a living area with kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower and an open sleeping area communicating with the living area. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed. The bedroom, open and directly communicating with the rest of the house, includes a double bed and a single bed. The private outdoor area, which enjoys a privileged point of view on the side of the gulf that bathes Minori, is equipped with a shower, sun loungers, table and chairs. The wonderful panorama, the private garden and the design furniture are the added value of Casa Minor. Do not underestimate the strategic position between the villages of Maiori (300mt) and Minori (400mt) full of bars, shops and restaurants and their beaches. All the coastal villages and the famous beaches are easily reachable thanks to the nearby bus stop or with the sea connections from the port of Maiori. The apartment, located in a late 19th century castle, is at guests' disposal. Casa Minor can be reached from the Lungomare di Maiori, and then from the bus stop, via a 350-meter journey. Located on the top floor of the Castle, it is serviced by a lift. Casa Maior has a free parking space. Excluded for SUVs, Van, Station Wagon and large sedans (difficult access). How do damage deposits work?
