Located at the Mirador San Jose beach community which is currently under construction. The community will have plenty of amenities including many parks, a large pool, FIFA regulation soccer field and a lot more.

Built in 2013, three bedroom, three bathroom executive beach front vacation rental in the Mirador San Jose community. Private pool overlooking the ocean. This property can sleep up to 6 guests. Main floor has a large gourmet kitchen with a raised breakfast bar and beautiful granite counter. The bright dining room has a door leading to the landscaped backyard where guests can access the private beach. Second level has three bedrooms including the master bedroom with a private ensuite and a private balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for should guests extend their stay. Don't forget the roof top terrace! Guests can use the washer and dryer located inside the villa free of charge during their stay.

The villa is located South of the City of Manta on the Western coast of Ecuador. The Mirador San Jose property is bordered by beautiful tropical vegetation from palm trees to the colourful hibiscus. The Ecuadorian flora is truly magnificent! Your comfort during your stay is very important to us. This is why we have arranged for the highest quality of products in our villa. Each room of the property has comfortable, clean furniture and is professionally decorated. Our kitchen also boasts plenty of cooking tools but also some of the local spices. The property comes with everything you need to be happy while you are in PARADISE. Just bring your loved ones for the best time of your life. The memories you create with family and friends will last you a lifetime!

Casa Primos overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Isla de La Plata. From June to October our guests can spot humpback whales who migrate from the Antartic to the tropical waters off Ecuador for breeding.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Igor (the owner) a message.

    If Igor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
