From the manager

Iakinthos residence consists of two floors with a total area of 170 sq.m. and it can host up to eight people. On the ground floor, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, and a large satellite TV. On the same floor, there is also a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

A staircase leads to the first floor where there are two more master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large balcony where you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the sea. All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds and closets.

All bathrooms in the residence have modern design and are equipped with high-quality bathroom amenities. A washing machine is also provided.

Outdoors there is a 28 sq.m. private swimming pool with deck chairs where you can relax under the Cretan sun and prepare a meal in the stone barbecue. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with local plants. A parking space for your car is also available.

Housekeeping is provided twice a week (or upon request).

Baby cot and high chair are available on request without charge.

This villa was well suited for 6 guests. Perfect location just a few minutes walk from the town. Manos and Peggy were very helpful, fixing some equipment that were missing in equipment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
