From the owner

Lovely modern family cottage with lots of space to spread out. This cottage is located on the the Grand River in South West Lot 16, Miscouche-Summerside area.

The rooms are spacious with lots of space for the reader and the game player to co-exist.

Bedrooms

Master suite: Large bedroom, queen size bed with en suite full bathroom,

Second master suite: Water view, and adjacent to the second bathroom and access to the sun room..

Third bedroom: Double bed, (also there is room for a single air mattress if need), adjacent to the second bathroom. These last two bedrooms have a hallway which sets them off from the living room.

There are two single, power blow up, air mattress available for children or small adults. These can be placed in the sunroom or in a bedroom. Bedding supplied.

Full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer.

There is a table and chairs on the deck. Seats 8. Barbecue on back deck.

There is a firepit and a propane flame pit on the front deck.

There are screen doors on the front and back entrances and fans in all the bedroom. Being close to the water also helps cool the cottage.

A central living room and large sun room facing the water completes this spacious cottage.

I am the property manager .. Suzanne ... and I live only a short distance away in Ianother cottage subdivision. Please do not hesitate to call me if you need or cannot find something. If it is not available at Grandview Cottage, I often can bring the item from storage or another cottage. If at all possible, I will meet you at the cottage when you arrive. If I cannot meet you in person the back door will be unlocked and the keys hanging inside the door. The front and back door use the same key and there is also a garage key The garbage goes out on a Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Please check what colour of bin the other cottage owners have put out. Please keep the compost bin free of plastic or other waste, Shells go in the compost.

Guests who book Grandview Cottage should be 25 years of age and over.
Please access the beach either at the end of Forbes Road or over by spruce hedge on Grandville Lane where there is a right of way to the beach. Please do not cross the neighbours' lawns to go to the beach.
If you are arriving late or leaving early for the airport please park your car in the back yard and use the back deck to exit the cottage.
Please watch your speed near the cottage from Forbes Road and on Grandville Lane.

Why can't I call SUZANNE (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SUZANNE (the owner) a message.

If SUZANNE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
