Villa Residence Lantoni is an exclusive luxury four star villa. The property extends over three floors and includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms . There is around 800 m2 living area .
Situated on a little hill above the bay of Mlini, just 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik Airport and 10-20 minutes from UNESCO Heritage site of Dubrovnik Old Town. Area which is very peaceful and quiet, almost no traffic around villa,from main road 800m ( this part of road little bit narrow to villa) very safe for children, privacy .
Beaches , shops, grocery stores are around 5 minutes by car.
In Mlini you have couple wonderful beaches, restaurants and bars, beautiful walking area, they are around 10-15 minutes far walking down, going back little bit more because its uphill.
On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and living room ( 1 big sofa ) with terrace ( sea view) . Each bedroom has satellite television, air conditioning and bathroom. Master bedroom has 1 double bed, walk in wardorebe and large bathrom with jacuzzi and seperate shower tub. Second bedroom has 1 double bed. Third bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. There is a living room with mini bar and big sofa bed , and exit to the balcony with sea view.Capacity on floor for 8 people.
On level (first floor) where is main entrance to villa there is a spacious living room giving on to both a large terrace and a balcony, kitchen, outside kitchen, BBQ and dining room. A large pergola with summer kitchen, fireplace and dining space provides you with the ability to enjoy the breathtaking view . The surrounding garden area includes, in additional to a range of trees, plants and flowers, a variety of herbs ,together with a spacious covered garage for 3 cars, additional parking not covered and video surveillance of the entire facility: just some of the details provided by one of the most beautiful residences in the entire Dubrovnik region. All around the villa are walls or trees so nobody can enter inside the property.
On the groundfloor there are 2 bedrooms (have double bed each, no view ) , living room, dining room, kitchen and 1 bathroom. Capacity for 4 people .
If you want to exercise little bit there are also fitness machines like treadmil, stationary bike...
There is also luxurious indoor swimming pool 5X12m , depth 1.45 (glass doors can be opened all around ),which is perfect for kids, they are not exposed to sun, and no matter what weather you can swimm and enjoy in the magnificent views of the sea, bay and sunsets. The pool is equipped with a Jacuzzi , two waterfalls , pool has access onto a large terrace for sun bathing. There is also sauna and fitness. Also outside in the garden there is little pool for children.
Below the property there is separate apartment with separate parking and entrance where owners live, owners go in villa only on guest request or to maintain swimming pool and garden in agreement with guests.
We provide towels for pool, baby cot, baby chair for eating, kitchens are fully equipped. There are lots of stuff for kids to play in garden , there is table soccer, rackets for badmington.... For no fee you can use on our TV Netflix, HBO go.
We also recommend private taxi service on call if you want to discover Old city , surroundings,drink glass of wine or you don't want to bother driving. We are working with one driver couple years, he is very reliable and all you need to do is call him 1 hour before and he will pick you up on any location. Any other services you want we can also provide like chef ,massues ,rent a car ,private trips to Montenegro , Međugorje or local trips, boat trip for extra fee.
There is new shooping center opened near Mlini in Srebreno 5 minutes far from villa by car. There are plenty shops like H&M, New Yorker, Sport Vision, Mass, Tom Tailor, Magic Baby , DM, Muller ,Sushi bar and plenty more, there is also huge supermarket and restaurants.
