From the owner

It is a duplex apartment with three bedrooms on the top floor of the house. Comfortably fits 8 people. Each room is equipped with a separate climate unit.

On the lower floor there are:

A kitchen with a terrace (view on mountains) which is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and details. There is a big table for 8 people.

Bedroom with a terrace (sea view) with one double bed. On the terrace you can enjoy sunbathing and relaxing on two deck chairs.

Bathroom with shower.

Living room with terrace (with amazing sea view). There is a glass table with six chairs, a sofa (which can also be converted into a bed) and Smart TV (with satellite receiver).

From the living room, stairs lead to the upper floor where you can find the following:

Bedroom 2 with one double and one single bed.

Bedroom 3 with three single beds.

Uppon request one single bed from bedroom 2 can be moved into the bedroom 3 (in case that there are 4 children so they can sleep all together if want).

Bathroom with bathtub.

On request it is possible to accommodate a cot in any of the bedrooms.

All rooms can be fully darken (especially important in the bedrooms) that you can sleep during the day.

Guests have access to a covered terrace with barbecue in the courtyard.

In the same area there is also a table tennis.

Both are shared with guests from the other apartment and hosts.

The house is located far enough from the city crowd, but on the other hand you have everything in the immediate vicinity. This allows you, after a long day enjoying the sea, sun, sport, excursions and pleasant evening outings, to relax and rest in a peace and silence of pleasant and peaceful house.

Start each day with fresh and delicious baked delicacies that are offered to you in two bakeries nextdoor (one of them is also a mini-shop). The first shope is located at 200 meters from the apartment while the closest supermarket is 600m (part of a large shopping center). Several restaurants with various specialties are located a few minutes walk. Petrol station, pharmacy and ambulance are also within 1.2 km.

There is a diving center and other forms of water activities on the beaches that are all reachable from 5 to 10 minutes walk.

From the center of the Mlini there is also a regular tourist transport with small motor boats for excursions to Dubrovnik and the Dubrovnik's islands, Cavtat and other places in the area.

For those who like to travel, it is important to note the following:

road distance to Montenegro is about 30 km; the Nature Park Prevlaka is 39 km; road distance to one of the most beautiful and greenest Croatian island Mljet (part of it is the National Park) is 70 km (there is also a possibility of departure by catamaran from Dubrovnik).

Distance to the local bus station is only 200m. Local buses cover the area from Prevlaka (Nature Park, and also the last point of Croatia) to Dubrovnik and they drive frequently (trip to Dubrovnik lasts less than 20 minutes).

Free parking for our guests is provided in the garages in the courtyard.

For guests who arriving by plane, we offer a transfer from/to airport - apartment with our car. It is also possible to use the local bus (approx 20 minutes) or taxi service.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mario (the owner) a message.

If Mario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
