Holiday Apartment Le Giuseppine is located in Modica, a city registered on the UNESCO Heritage List for its Baroque. The city is famous for its particular chocolate, which is celebrated annually with the "ChocoBarocco" event which involves the master chocolatiers from all over Italy and for the typical dessert "'mpanatigghia" a panzerotto of shortcrust pastry stuffed with chocolate and pieces of beef , flavored with cinnamon The sea is 20 minutes from the city and you can choose several seaside resorts including the award-winning Pozzallo with its blue flag. Excellent starting point for city excursions and visits to points of interest, given the location in the historic center, in fact nearby you will find the Church of San Giovanni (300mt) with its monumental staircase the Pizzo Belvedere (400mt) amazing balcony with a breathtaking view of the city; the fifteenth-century cloister of Santa Maria del Gesù ex prison (400mt), the spectacular Cathedral of San Giorio (700mt) and the nearby Castle of the Counts, as well as the nearby and practical urban bus stops, for the most distant city points. The area in which the house falls is served by the necessary shops and services.
