Nel cuore del centro storico della città di Modica, sito patrimonio dell'umanità UNESCO, sorge la Casa Vacanze Mascaron, una casa recentemente ristrutturata e restituita alla sua antica bellezza.
Al piano terra di un palazzo della metà del '800, riccamente ornato da balconi sorretti da mensole lavorate a motivo di mascheroni, prende vita la Casa Vacanze Mascaron, molto più di un semplice B&B o stanza d'albergo. Una vera e propria casa con ampio living room, due camere da letto più un divano letto, disposte su due livelli, una moderna cucina abitabile, bagno e ripostiglio/lavanderia. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di tv e Wi-Fi, climatizzatori, biancheria da bagno e per il letto, cui si aggiunge l'occorrente per la cucina.
Gli ambienti sono elegantemente arredati, ogni dettaglio è particolarmente curato, lo spazio sapientemente modulato per accogliere quattro ospiti nella configurazione doppia o matrimoniale, per avere il massimo comfort a costi contenuti e la sensazione di essere a casa anche in una città diversa dalla propria.
Il soggiorno non prevede il servizio di colazione ma la struttura fornisce una calda accoglienza con un assortimento di biscotti, prodotti tipici, caffè, the e tisane.
La casa è completamente autonoma, il proprietario non vive nello stesso edificio ma è sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità.
Passeggiando per le vie del quartiere, uno dei più antichi della città, potrete respirare un'aria romantica e fuori dal tempo, lontano dai rumori del traffico e dallo stress delle grandi metropoli.
La casa sorge a circa 150 metri e a pochi minuti di passeggio dal centro storico della città e dai principali monumenti del Barocco della Val di Noto: il duomo di San Pietro, il duomo di San Giorgio e i numerosi palazzi storici. La città è facilmente raggiungibile da due distinti aeroporti: l'Aeroporto Internazionale Fontanarossa di Catania (1h 15m di auto) e il nuovo Aeroporto di Comiso (40m di auto).
