The home for your holiday in MODICA'S BAROQUE HEART of the HISTORICAL CENTRE of MODICA accommodation suitable for couples, families and groups of friends.

"The balconies on the Baroque" is a large historic residence that dates back to the end of the 19th century, recently and finely restored maintaining the characteristics of the era.

All rooms are bright and comfortable and composed of: 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and Tv. two of these have a wonderful panoramic view of the city centre, while the third bedroom opens onto a large terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch, dinner or just relax.

There is still a single room and it is also possible to add a bed or a cot in double rooms.

A large dining room is entirely immobiliata and is equipped with Tv and a comfortable sofa bed; also overlooks the terrace.

The kitchen is equipped with every comfort.

3 elegant bathrooms are available, of which House 2 complete with shower.

Also 1 carport.

Coming out of the House you will find yourself in the heart of the historical centre, where you can enjoy various restaurants to taste typical local products, shops, monuments, museums, bars, churches and so on!!

    How do damage deposits work?

    If Giuseppe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
