Relax summer or winter, rain or shine in this lovely spacious house with breathtaking ever-changing views of the sea as the tide gently washes or crashes over the sand. Stunning views from all rooms (excluding bathrooms). In the comfort of this wonderful home look out for dolphins or porpoise jumping playfully, local fishing or sail boats bobbing by or the variety of birds including herons and barn owls flying over the salt marsh which borders the beach.
This newly built (2006) house is ideally situated for the large sandy beach at Lligwy which is only a 2 minutes walk away. It is popular with families, fishermen (bass beach) and sports enthuistasts; kayaks, canoes, windsurfers and kite surfers whose spectacular displays can be watched from the house. The beach has large areas of soft or hard sand, rock pools and sand dunes, ideal for a stroll, sunbathing or rock pool investigating. The all Wales Coastal path is only 2 minutes walk away.

DINING ROOM: glass fronted with spacious seating for 8 and a 2 seater sofa.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elizabeth (the owner) a message.

If Elizabeth (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
