Valleysol is a unique penthouse apartment nestled in Mogan Barranco (Valley), one of the sunniest places on earth, and surrounded by spectacular mountains. It has easy access to the main GC1 motorway, is five minutes to the beach by car and is perfect for access to Mogan Pueblo and the surrounding villages, plus en route to Roque Nublo and surrounding tourist attractions and National Parks. Located on local bus route with bus stop at bottom of the road.

Valleysol is a luxurious spacious first floor penthouse apartment, separate from the main living quarters of a traditional canarian house. Valleysol has a combined kitchen, living and dining area, complete with air conditioning, king size bed in the main bedroom and double sofa bed in the combined kitchen, living and dining area. There is an ample size bathroom with large shower, microwave and oven, hob, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, smart TV, free WIFI, safety deposit box, large private roof terrace with dining area and sun loungers. Towels and bedlinen provided. We do request that smokers only smoke outside on the terrace please!

Valleysol is for couples and singles only, who wish to enjoy a peaceful holiday in a beautiful setting. Unfortunately Valleysol does not accommodate children and it is unsuitable for any person with mobility issues. Yoga enthusiasts love the spacious private terrace. Hikers and cyclists also love the rural setting, whilst beach lovers are only 5 minutes away from the beautiful beach and picturesque harbour of Mogan. The jacuzzi is an optional extra for stays of 7 days or more only, This is payable on arrival due to the recently increased tariffs and maintenance involved. Please enquire for details although the terrace is still fantastic to relax without the use of the jacuzzi. Don't forget to look up and enjoy the spectacular night sky with a glass of your favourite wine! A must for stargazers due to the clear skies surrounding the islands.

House rules

The accommodation is in a quiet country area living amongst the local residents, so obviously we try to keep any noise to a minimum after 11.00pm.
Many residents like siestas between 2.30 and 4.30 pm in the afternoon also and this is a time where we would request no loud music be played.

Yes I do live in The Valley so yes there are lots of animals as many people have fincas (small farms) I am sorry you felt you missed out on beaches locations etc but as I explained on arrival I was available for anything including if you needed any information on the island. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paula (the owner) a message.

If Paula (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
