Casa de vacaciones/chalet de 75 m2 situada cerca de la playa de La Barrosa en Chiclana de la Frontera. 750 m2 de terreno grande, bien cuidado y amurallado con pinos paraguas, palmeras, árboles frutales y plantas mediterráneas como la buganvilla y el jazmín. El jardín y la piscina se mantienen regularmente. La zona del jardín y la piscina está aislada y separada del jardín delantero por una valla y, por lo tanto, también es adecuada para los niños pequeños, que pueden jugar en el jardín delantero pero no tienen acceso a la zona de la piscina. La casa tiene 2 dormitorios (uno con acceso a la gran terraza cubierta y al jardín) con una cama doble de 1,80m x 2,00m y el otro con 2 camas individuales de 90x2,00m. El sofá de la sala de estar puede ser usado como un confortable y amplio alojamiento para dormir. Todas las camas están recién hechas a la llegada y hay toallas para la ducha (por favor, traiga sus propias toallas de playa o cómprelas en el lugar). Tienes un baño / WC con ducha y lavabo en la casa. La cocina está completamente equipada con calentador de agua, máquina de café (filtro y Nespresso), microondas, lavavajillas, nevera/congelador y lavadora. Los utensilios de cocina, así como los vasos, platos y cubiertos están suficientemente disponibles. En el comedor/sala de estar tienes un televisor con programas internacionales y nacionales, sofá, sillón, mesa para 6 personas. Aparcamiento privado delante de la casa. Hay una conexión a Internet W-LAN gratuita para tu portátil o smartphone. Base para iPod (30 pines) disponible. Una gran terraza en el área de la piscina y el jardín.

Junto a la calefacción central de gas hay una NUEVA chimenea grande y cerrada con 14kw para las acogedoras noches de invierno (leña no incluida). Esto se puede obtener de nuestro administrador de la propiedad) y una calefacción central de gas para los meses de invierno (los costos se calculan según el consumo y no están incluidos).

Durante la temporada de vacaciones de abril a noviembre los costos adicionales, electricidad, gas para agua caliente, agua, Wifi etc., están incluidos en el precio. Así como la limpieza final y la ropa de cama y las toallas para la ducha. Para alquileres a largo plazo de 1 mes 1 - 5 meses en el período noviembre - pascua ofrecemos la casa en condiciones especiales, excluyendo los servicios públicos. Estos se facturarán al final según el consumo. Precio de orientación: 1000 - 700 Euros / mes - dependiendo de la duración. Cuanto más tiempo, más barato. El invierno es una época maravillosa para descubrir la naturaleza y las playas y para hacer deportes bajo el sol del sur de España. A veces puede llover, pero eso desaparece rápidamente y el sol vuelve a salir. Las temperaturas diurnas de 10 a 15 grados a la sombra, en el sol camiseta y pantalones cortos son posibles sin ningún problema.

Hemos vivido en esta casa durante 6 años y actualmente estamos viviendo en Alemania de nuevo. Desde entonces alquilamos la casa a los huéspedes de vacaciones y la usamos para nuestras propias vacaciones. A través de los ingresos por alquiler podemos mejorar constantemente la casa y garantizar un alto nivel de calidad de vida y de vacaciones. Si algo no encaja, por favor informe a nuestro administrador de la propiedad inmediatamente. Proporcionará un remedio lo antes posible. También está disponible como persona de contacto para información, ayuda y consejos. Afortunadamente, la Costa de la Luz sigue siendo muy prístina y no es explotada demasiado por los turistas. Las playas son de las más bellas de España, todas con banderas azules.

Hemos pasado una semana genial en agosto... La casa y la situación de la misma son ideales para conocer las distintas playas de Cádiz. La piscina y la zona exterior son un lujazo.

Muchas gracias por tus impresiones. Siempre tratamos de tener en cuenta lo que nuestros clientes realmente necesitan para una estancia perfecta y sin complicaciones en nuestra casa . Como también tenemos una hija , hemos agregado algunas cosas importantes a nuestro jardín especialmente para los mas pequeños: una pequeña casa de madera y un cajón de arena con algunas palas y cosas para jugar en la arena. La piscina privada tambien es una gran ventaja cuando se viaja con niños. El cercano Parque Natural es de hecho muy bueno para explorar la flora y la fauna y ver la impresionante población de aves. Gracias de nuevo y esperamos que vuelvas Vanessa , Philipp y Carmen Thank you very much for your impressions. We always try to keep in mind what our guests really need for a perfect and uncomplicated stay in our house. As we also have a young daughter, we added some important things to our garden especially for the younger generation: a little playground with a small wooden house and a sandpit with some shovels and things like that. Also our private pool is a big plus when you are going to travel with kids. The close by Natural Park is in fact really good to explore flora and fauna and see the impressive birds population. Buenas tardes, somos los propietarios de la casa Tatooine y le estamos tremendamente agradecidos por su comentario. Ya que nos ayuda a mejorar las instalaciones. La cafetera es algo que habiamos pasado por alto, pero facil de solucionar, de hecho ya hemos comprado una. Sobre la moqueta le doy toda la razon y hemos decidido cambiarla por suelo de loza, mas limpio y facil de limpiar. Lo haremos en cuanto acabe el verano. Y tambien le agradezco que nos haya avisado sobre las practicas del jardinero, de las cuales no teniamos ni idea, ya que lo normal es que vaya el dia de salida y entrada que tiene tiempo sufuciente para hacer sus labores, no dude de que tomaremos medidas al respecto. Vivimos en el extranjero y no estamos al tanto de lo que realmente ocurre con las personas encargadas del mantenimiento. Solo podemos pedirle disculpas por las molestias que esto le haya podido ocasionar. De nuevo muchas gracias y saludos cordiales. Vanessa y Philipp

Perfect Holiday!

In April we were at the Casa Tatooine for 2 Weeks. The House is set up beatifully, clean and well appointed. The big Garden is very leafy and full of beatiful shady Trees. We will come back soon!

Why can't I call Philipp (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Philipp (the owner) a message.

If Philipp (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
