We welcome you to our beach apartment Delfin, so-called because you can see dolphins right from your own private terrace, only a few steps away from the beach.

Make it yourself and your family comfortable in the (65m2) apartment with a living/dining room, spacious fully-equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 4 people) and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the terrace with fantastic sea views, offering a perfect dining area.

The apartment is semi-detached, making it light and bright.

The front-line apartment (opposite the promenade in the Tourist Strip of Mojacar Playa) has a telecom entry phone, and a community pool, with a communal terrace.

The apartment is less than 2 minutes walking distance from local cafés, beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the shops of Mojacar Playa. The bus stop right in front of the apartment brings you to Mojacar Pueblo or nearby typical Andalucian villages.

Distance to Almeria airport: ca. 45 minutes by car.

Sorry to hear about your experience, but the truth also has its rights. Here are the real facts: - you emailed us numerous times (for uncountable and unimportant details) before the rental, which we always answered (in your language!) politely.During the rental we have not received any communication from you. - the pictures on the internet are exactly as the flat is. We are letting this flat for 8 years now, and no one ever complained about it. The most recent pictures were taken 1 year ago. - the flat is cleaned every time a tennant leaves, followed by an external inspection. Again, nobody in 8 years ever found this to be not ok - if you want a blender in the flat, well, please inform us in advance, since this is not standard in a holiday appartment - the procedure for the coming and going, including the transfer of the keys, was clearly explained (including pictures in the brochure!!!) in advance. And sorry, but no, we are not living there, so this is a common thing when you rent a holiday place. - as clearly stated beforehand, as well as in the flat (there is even an emergency phone number), you can address all your queries and complaints to the rental office, located 100m from the flat. Obviously, these complaints need to be realistic, and communicated in a polite way We have been working with satisfied customers over the years, of which lots of them come back years after years. For the moment we have 8 4-bubble reviews and 16 (!) 5-bubble reviews. You clearly weren't happy with the place, which is in our opinion based on unrealistic and incorrect observations and expectations

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nathalie (the owner) a message.

If Nathalie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
