From the owner

Casa La Noria, one of the original villas located in the prestigious residential area known as La Parata. It has been constructed on one level and from its elevated position looks out to sea as well as having stunning mountain views. It offers luxury and privacy within its quiet surroundings yet is only 5 minutes from the bustle of the 'Playa' and the blue flag beaches. Nearby is an excellent restaurant, popular with residents as well as visitors to Mojacar, set in beautiful surroundings and within easy walking distance. The property has its own pool but also benefits from the use of a private tennis court as well as a much larger communal yet still private pool. There are plenty of covered/uncovered terraces around the villa for relaxing or dining al fresco and it is ideal for both families and couples. The larger than average bedrooms consist of two furnished with kingsized beds and each having an ensuite bathroom, plus two further bedrooms with twin beds that can also be adapted to super king sized beds, one of the twin bedded rooms also has an ensuite and the other has its own bathroom accessed from the hallway. The bedrooms are air conditioned, as well as being equipped with ceiling fans and dual aspect windows enabling a directional breeze throughout the property. Reception room is also air conditioned. An extra single bed, cot and highchair are available on request. Horse riding, hiking, golf, bowling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing are 5 minutes drive away. Vera waterpark is 20 minutes and go-karting 15 minutes away. Bicycles are available for hire. Mountain walks in the nearby foothills. There are many beach bars (chiringuitos) to choose from, a variety of restaurants and a vibrant night life suiting all ages. The villa is situated with an easy access road to the local markets of Mojacar, Garrucha and Vera (markets operate on different days of the week). Less than ten minutes drive away is the picturesque hilltop village of Mojacar, voted one of the most beautiful in Spain (Los pueblos mas bonitos) retaining its Moorish architecture it has lots of superb restaurants and shops, and provides exquisite panoramic views. The nearby town of Garrucha has a fishing harbour as well as a port for sailing/recreational boats and accommodates one or two container vessels, it is renown for its superb fish restaurants and is only a 15 minutes drive away. The national park of Cabo de Gata is where you will find some of Spains most beautiful beaches with only 30/40 minutes drive it is well worth a visit, also the famous 'spaghetti western' film settings in Tabernas. City of Almeria is less than an hours drive. The magnificent, cultural city of Granada with its Alhambra and the superb ski slopes of Sierra Nevada is a little more than 2 hours drive from Mojacar. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rosemary (the owner) a message.

If Rosemary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
