Property for exclusive use

Casale Scope is made up of two side-by-side farmhouses, with a total area of 250 sq. m., hosting up to 14 guests with 4 double bedrooms, a quadruple room, two single sofa beds and 4 bathrooms. The property is in a peaceful area with a great view and large open areas, a private, enclosed swimming pool, Wi-Fi, barbecue and wood oven. The property is perfect for groups of friends or large families.

Outdoors and Swimming Pool

The large open areas near the house are made up of well-kept terracing, garden, olive grove and fruit trees. The two houses are just a few metres from each other: both have furnished outdoor areas, a terrace or loggia with access from the kitchen or living room perfect for eating outside, thanks also to the barbecue and wood oven. The bean-shaped pool is in a sunny position and is completely fenced for children’s safety, measuring 4 metres by 8 with a depth of 1.5m, externally paved and complete with sunbeds, beach umbrellas and shower. Parking within the property.

Both houses have, despite being restored, maintained traditional aspects with interesting, high-quality antique furniture. The first house, in stone and closer to the pool, is on two floors. The covered loggia leads to the ground floor which brings you to the spacious living room, with fireplace and single sofa bed, with a cabinet displaying a small collection of World War II objects; next to this room there is the kitchen, completely equipped, and a bathroom with shower. The indoor staircase leads to the first floor with two large double bedrooms, one of which has an extra bunk bed available and a bathroom with shower with massaging jets. Just 10 metres away you will find the second house, painted red and also on two floors, with a ground floor with a typical living room including a fireplace and decorated with classic farmer cooking utensils. The living room leads to the dining room and then to the fully-equipped kitchen, with outdoor access to an area with tables and chairs. From the living room with fireplace you access a second living room with single sofa bed and 1 bathroom with bathtub with massaging jets. The living room has a staircase which takes you to the first floor, with 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Location

All around the property are green fields and hills typical of the Garfagnana area, in the Apuan Alps National Park which has many deep valleys and marble quarries. Casale Scope is completely immersed in nature and boasts a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and mountains.

Swimming pool open from 15th June to September 15th. Small pets are permitted. The last kilometre before arriving at the house is gravel road.

How do damage deposits work?
