Kitchen-dining room of 12,50m2 with fridge-freezer, convection oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Parental room of 12m2 bedding 2 persons in 160. Room of 10.50m2 with 2 beds in 90, the beds can be brought together to make a big bed for 2 people. Bathroom of 5.50m2 with double sink, large mediterranean shower and washing machine. Independent toilet. Small room for storing luggage or others.

We are onsite on the property most of the time without this causing any noise nuisance or privacy. The property is approximately 300m2 and has 6 different entrances. We are at your service if you have questions or questions over the phone or by typing at the outer side door closest to your rental. You have private and unlimited access to the pool and garden. The lighting of the pool, cars, home and garden access is automated and works from dusk until about 1am. We take care of the maintenance of the swimming pool usually with each change of tenant or once a week during long stays.

How do damage deposits work?
