Delightful modern comfy Mollymook beach house 2.5 hrs south of Sydney. 3BR/2baths. Sleeps 6 guests comfortably. BBQ facilities provided. The rear deck of the holiday home in Mollymook offers water glimpses. Its a short stroll to fabulous Mollymook Beach. Enjoy golf, fishing, walks, horse riding and other activities.

While staying in the Breeze you can enjoy not only Mollymook, but the surrounding suburbs of Milton, Ulladulla and Narrawallee. When not in the beach, enjoy walks, have some fresh seafood and coffee in so many lovely cafes.

When you are looking for a Mollymook holiday home or a comfy Mollymook holiday rental, we welcome you to book Breeze in Mollymook. Breeze gives you a place to live and play in Mollymook.

Your Mollymook accommodation consists of:

Master Room with Ensuite. Master room contains a Queen Bed.
Second room with Triple Bunk (Double at bottom and single on top).
Third room contains 2 single beds.
1 portable cot.
2 Bathrooms (including ensuite).

Equipped with TV, DVD & Video Deck, CD/Tuner, Cooker/Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, BBQ & Tournament Table Tennis Table.
You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels (or can be hired @$40/guest). Pillows and doonas are supplied.

Unfortunately, parties & functions are STRICTLY prohibited as the home is located in a serene holiday location where guests & residents retreat to bed early & rise early morning to enjoy the days activities and the surrounding scenic beauty.

Please refrain from smoking. Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets at this stage.

Spectacular Scenery, forests, mountains and waterways.

You could snorkle in Bannister Head, north Mollymook.
Dolphin watch in Mollymook Bay which is home for pod of Bottle Nose Dolphins.
You could spot Whales during migration season.
Bogey Hole located in Mollymook headland another ideal swimming spot.

Great place to stay and the location is great! I would recommend the owner update the linen and the pillows. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Especially as you pay extra for linen

Response from the owner This review is disappointing. At the end of the holiday when we enquired about the holiday, this was the guest response via email " Yes it was a lovely weekend. Thank you". And then she writes complaining about the pillows. If it was mentioned on arrival, we would have taken steps to resolve this.

Lovely home and great layout for families. Very enjoyable holiday and a great location. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony at night and just relaxing. Highly recommend it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Harshana (the owner) a message.

If Harshana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
