Our fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor offers you stunning views directly over the beautiful Pacific Ocean, with a sheltered golden beach and gentle surf just a few steps from the apartment itself.

It is clean, spacious and nautically themed, with full self catering amenities.

The bright apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, as well as a balcony on which you also have a convenient gas barbeque available.The emphasis is on easy living and a relaxed, no-fuss atmosphere, whether you're on vacation or just doing a short stay. The bedrooms are well appointed with built in cupboards, carpeting, and comfortable beds - one queen and two singles. The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a blissful rain shower.

The kitchen area - with a view of the ocean - has a full range of modern modular appliances, making at-home meals or snacks easy and practical.

The apartment (one of 12 private apartments) is accessed up two short flights of stairs. Downstairs is a lock-up garage for a small car which also houses the washing machine and dryer. There is also ample street parking available.

The pristine beach, sheltered by a magnificent headland to one side, is broad and soft, with (usually) very gentle surf - ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or exploring, with scenic walks in both directions, and a jutting breakwater which is a photographer's dream at sunrise.

Because the beach is not directly accessible from the road, it remains quiet and unspoiled, a haven of tranquility.

Guest access

There is a grassed communal seating area in front of the building overlooking the beach, where residents and guests can enjoy the view. This area has tables, chairs and deck chairs for communal use.

For those who want to explore, the Mona Vale Beach and Ocean Pool are just a short walk away. This beach is patrolled, and is a popular swimming and surfing spot.

Several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, as well as the Mona Vale Gold Course. Walkers, runners and cyclists can also enjoy the numerous trails and paths that traverse the oceanside area.

Slightly further afield, offering supermarkets, shops and eateries, is the Mona Vale shopping precinct, which is a 5-minute drive away, or a 20-minute walk. Here you will also find amenities like a library and post office. If you want to head into Sydney itself, a 50-minute bus drive will take you directly to the city centre.

Other things to note

You are provided with essential items and toiletries - toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, tea, coffee, sugar and a limited number of Nespresso coffee pods for the coffee maker. Basic condiments are also at hand.

Linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

How do damage deposits work?
