The studio is in a residence located by the sea, very calm with guard, beautiful 25m pool, ping pong room with three tables (equipment provided), private underground parking (free on request). Large shower (160 x 80cm), a sofa bed 140 x 190, 2 poufs convertible bed in a 70 x 200; kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. A furnished sun terrace throughout the year. Facilities: umbrella, 2 beach bags, sheets and towels provided, soap not provided. Children's Books. Beach towels supplement on request (€ 10 / each). Microwave oven, toaster and coffee machine Nespresso. No pet allowed. All the comforts for an unforgettable summer and winter.

    Merci Madame pour votre appréciation. Il me tient particulièrement à cœur de laisser à mes hôtes un logement impeccable et de leurs réserver le meilleur accueil. Le parking surveillé par vidéo en sous sol permet aux personnes de pouvoir laisser des affaires dans leur véhicule sans crainte( pour de courts séjours par exemple), et de rentrer dans la résidence sans se mouiller les jours de pluie ;). Mais le soleil étant très souvent là, il est très agréable d'assister à son lever ou son coucher au bord de la plage qui n'est qu'à quelques pas. Au plaisir de vous recevoir prochainement, Magali Estevenon.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Magali (the owner) a message.

    If Magali (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
