Vi accogliamo in una casa indipendente inserita nel corpo di una cascina costruita alla fine del 1800, immersa nelle colline che disegnano il paesaggio tipico della campagna del Monferrato. Ci troviamo nel Monferrato più discreto, meno noto ma non per questo meno bello, dove la campagna è davvero tale, dove le giornate scorrono lente per restituire a tutti il tempo che la città ruba. Abbiamo deciso di creare una realtà ricettiva che si inserisca il più possibile in modo naturale in questo sfondo colorato e vogliamo anticiparvi qualcosa, per essere certi che troviate ciò che state cercando.

La casa di 70 mq, appena ristrutturata, si trova a piano terra, affaccia su 2.000 mq di giardino recintato ed è composto da un living con divano letto a due posti, una cucina abitabile, una spaziosa camera da letto matrimoniale con poltrona letto, un bagno con doccia. Troverete nella casa biancheria da letto, da bagno e da tavola e una cucina fornita davvero di tutto. E' inoltre a vostra disposizione la terrazza panoramica con vista sul Monferrato, non a caso patrimonio dell'Unesco, con tavoli e divani per gustare un bicchiere di vino, scattare una foto o per un evento. ​​ Per la colazione saremo lieti di farvi scoprire, se vorrete, un cesto di prodotti Km 0 perfetti per iniziare la giornata, da gustare anche sul tavolo fuori, tra le boudleje e le farfalle, quindi parlateci delle vostre abitudini e necessità alimentari così da permetterci di offrirvi il meglio.

Why can't I call Antonella (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonella (the owner) a message.

If Antonella (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
