Studio with separate entrance in a very elegant "Wright" style villa, known as "Villa Scimemi" (look for), in the district of Mondello, surrounded by old tall trees, just accross the street from the sandy beach. There are two beds + a sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with crockery, a large wardrobe with drawers, mirror and good quality lingerie, television with satellite TV, radio with CD player, wireless internet, heat pump, bathroom with shower, outdoor shower. Guests can use a parking area for one car and an outdoor area equipped with a table, umbrella, chairs and sunbeds where you can stay, sunbathe, or enjoy meals in peace. The pool (usually open from 1st May to 30th October, clime depending) and the Jacuzzi aren't equipped for public use but, under their own responsibility, we are very happy to share them with our guests. Jacuzzi is available in winter months with a fee of 10 E/day a person for 40 minutes a day. The bus stop, the main shops, grocery shop, banks, ATM, pharmacy, dining options, bicycle and scooter rental and the church are at a five-minute walk away. For sea lovers in the summer months, at a five-minute walk, there are Lidos on the beach where you can rent umbrellas, deck chairs, etc. For water sports lovers it is possible to rent windsurfs, sailboats or canoes in a Nautical Club within two or three minutes walking distance. Also in the village of Mondello, about 20 minutes' walk, you can find many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, pizzerias, sandwich shops, the supermarket and many other shops.

Monolocale con ingresso autonomo, in elegante villa di stile “wrightiano”, conosciuta come "Villa Scimemi" (cerca) nel borgo marinaro di Mondello, circondata da alberi centenari, in riva al mare tra il golfo sabbioso e la scogliera. Presenta un ingresso autonomo. Sono disponibili due posti letto + una poltrona letto, angolo cottura correlato da stoviglie, ampio armadio con cassettiera, biancheria di buona qualità, televisione con TVsat, radio con lettore CD, collegamento internet wireless, pompa di calore, bagno con doccia + doccia esterna. Gli ospiti possono usufruire del parcheggio per un'auto e di una zona esterna attrezzata con tavolo, ombrellone, sedie e lettini da mare ove, potere soggiornare, prendere il sole, o consumare i pasti in tranquillità. La piscina, usualmente aperta da Aprile-Maggio ad Ottobre, non è equipaggiata per un uso pubblico (non c'è alcuna sorveglianza), ma sei un buon nuotatore siamo felice di condividerla con i nostri ospiti. La fermata dell'autobus, i principali negozi, banche, bancomat (ATM), farmacia, negozio alimentari, punti di ristoro, bicycle rental e la chiesa sono a cinque minuti di cammino. Per gli amanti del mare nei mesi estivi, a cinque minuti di cammino, vi sono Lidi sulla spiaggia ove è possibile affittare ombrelloni, sedie a sdraio ecc. Per gli amanti degli sport acquatici è possibile affittare windsurf, barche a vela o canoe in un Club Nautico a due-tre minuti di cammino. Inoltre nel villaggio di Mondello, a circa 20 minuti di cammino, si possono trovare numerosi ristoranti, bar, gelaterie, pizzerie, paninerie, il supermercato e numerosi altri negozi..

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
